Starbucks

Went to this Starbucks because its in my neighborhood. Its a nice size store at a busy intersection. Parking is either in front which has only a few spots to park in or in back which is shared with other store’ s customers.
There were no bike racks that I noticed in the front but there were a few outdoor tables and chairs.
I went at about 2:45pm on a saturday and it was not crowded. I got served right away. First I asked about gift cards which was really why I went today. I wanted one for a graduation present but all they had on the display was one generic type of card. As soon as I said that i wanted it for a graduation present the staff went behind the counter and produced a special «Class of 2015» gift card which I chose.
Then I wanted to try the new «mini» since i’ve heard about it and decided on the double chocolately chip mini. When she handed me the receipt I was amazed that the mini was only $.20 less than the small/​tall size!!!
Let me repeat myself… only 20cents less than the normal tall/​small size. So for two ounces less I paid $.20 less. Such a bargain!
But if you want to drink less and pay about the same as the larger size, go ahead and order the mini. Otherwise I suggest just ordering the tall size and forget the mini.

This is the worst Starbucks that I have been to in my entire life, and I have been to locations all over the world. The lady who took my order and my daughter’s order was rude and did not carry out the transactions in the ways that we asked the to be taken in. Also, on multiple occasions (during other visits) simple requests that I have made were not able to be met.

Lines are way too long. Parking is horrible. Staff is nice, but given all the revenue they generate in this location — they need to invest in efficiency.

Friendly, helpful staff. This is a fairly large starbucks, and has outdoor seating.
