Established in 2012.

Duncan Plumbing is a full service third generation company. Created in 1980 by James Duncan with a vision to provide customers with excellent service at an affordable price, Duncan Plumbing earned the reputation of respectable, honest and hard-​working. James Duncan’s untimely death in 1985 left his only son, Gayle, to keep the vision going. It is now owned and operated by Gayle’s youngest son, Josh.

Our vision remains steadfast as we continue to strive to bring our customers plumbing excellence with the best products, latest trends and energy efficiency at a reasonable cost.

Because of our dedication to customer service, our customers have rewarded us with repeat service. So when you call Duncan Plumbing for help, you won’t become our customer for the day. You’ll become our customer for life.

Meet the Business Owner

Josh D.

Business Owner

Josh has been around plumbing all his life and often accompanied his father on service calls after school and on weekends. After high school, Josh moved to Bowling Green and pursued plumbing with an emphasis on new construction. He plumbed small cluster homes and apartment complexes. He also did small commercial plumbing jobs.

Three years later he moved to Chardon to pursue new construction plumbing in luxurious custom homes. Within two years Josh was a foreman and began running crews and training men.

Looking ahead, Josh realized the importance of service/​repair plumbing and began to concentrate in that area. He acquired more complex plumbing knowledge on problem solving existing plumbing problems.

In 2010, he decided to revive the family business. He is proud to represent the family name that was built with honesty and hard work. Moving forward, he wants to make sure his customers are treated with respect and are given customer service and the plumbing excellence they deserve!
