Second time I got food poisoning from there. First time from an Italian sub and the second time from a pumpkin roll. Worst exp of my life and service is the slowest I’ve ever seen.

I rarely don’t give a five star review but the man is right. It’s super slow. But my subs have been delicious! Really good! But… It was slow. Yeah, and you have no idea when it will be ready cause you order it on a monitor and then take the receipt to the cash register. And then you’re sorta like, standing by the bananas… But then people think it’s a line and they stand by you and it’s like no… maybe I’ll stand by the coffee. And it’s like… Yeah… I don’t belong here! Why am I here! Oh yeah my sub… But there seem to be many employees! That man is wearing a hair net and he doesn’t even have hair! I wonder if I ordered too many topping and it was confusing! That man just stole crackers. Don’t even think about getting gas. It’s a no. They are lined up. Cause it’s so cheap! The subs were delicious, better than dibellas.

Well, I did not expect such a horrible visit to this brand new Getgo tonight, after all good visits leading up to this one. This store needs much better and customer service oriented late night staff if its gonna compete with Sheetz across the street. And I am not the only one, many before me I am sure had the same issue but I will speak just to mine. I really did not intend to go in and even more I did not intend to order prepared food but then I just had a craving that I could not hold back. So, at 10:35pm I order two hot dogs and mottzarella sticks, healthy stuff. :) I checked out and then had to wait 35 minutes for my food to be ready. I should dog sat down and ordered a drink. The service was absolutely horrible. Never would of guessed this with previous visits. The people before were waiting similar lengths for there food and orders getting messed up etc. Plus they were calling out order numbers or checking receipts. A lady even requested a refund and left before her order was ready. So ince mine was ready, 35 minutes after I ordered, I was handled Motz sticks with minimal appreciation for having to wait for so long and no over of a gift card or refund. Plus I was still missing my hot dogs. Turns out they had been ready for who knows how long and were just sitting on the counter un-claimed. I had to risk about them because otherwise I would of walked out without them. Changes must be made for the late night shift if this store will stay afloat. What happened tonight is inexcusable for a store amongst 3 or 4 others stores on the same intersection. God help them!
