In 2005, After 10+ years of IT Services for a broad range of organizations, Phil Carlsgaard founded PCTech in Merced, California. In 2010, Phil converted PCTech to PCTech, LLC and in 2012, moved PCTECH, LLC into it’s current location at 3558 G st. in Merced, California.
