Dr. Richard Rowan has been working as a Board Certified orthodontic specialist providing the best orthodontic care for patients in the Merced and Mariposa areas since 1982. Dr. Rowan’s experience as an orthodontist is coupled with genuine concern for his patients. My name is Eva. I have enjoyed working with Dr. Rowan since 1984, and in many ways have helped to create the warm and caring environment in our office. After years of experience working with insurance and financing companies I will be happy to use all of my skills to assist you with all your financial questions and concerns, including all communication necessary to help smooth the way for your orthodontic treatment to begin. I speak fluent Spanish and love working with our Spanish speaking patients and parents.
