We were VERY impressed with our realtor Pam Richmond. She was professional, competent, thorough, detailed-​oriented, considerate, and took care of us every step of the way during our home-​buying process. We couldn’t recommend Pam enough. She made purchasing our home an easier experience. She took the time to explain every step to us without ever talking down to us, only educating us so we felt comfortable with all our decisions. She took the time to check in with us numerous times AFTER the home purchase, after I think her job was completely done, but she is so great she kept looking in on us anyway! We think Pam is the greatest realtor and we think Coldwell Banker should give her a large promotion and a large raise!

From start to finish she was professional, knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. We moved through the sale process effortlessly, with her finding homes that were both our taste and in our price range. She arranged and met with all inspectors, and was incredibly flexible and always made herself available to us. From starting to look until closing took a total of two months — no kidding. We now have our dream home at the price we wanted, and we owe it all to Sarah.
I would HIGHLY recommend Sarah as an agent. I can’t imagine having a better experience.

Jeff Harden ripped me off on my house.
An agent out of this office, Jeff Harden, sold me his father’s house in West Seattle. He lied, hid construction defects, and left a bunch of garbage in the home when he moved his father out.
We needed to buy in a hurry. A deal on another house in the neighborhood fell through, and our sweet interest rate lock was at risk. We had seen Jeff’s father’s house priced higher, but the market was mid-​tank and he had lowered the price.
Long story short, I wanted to make a deal right then and there. I asked Jeff point-​blank about the condition of the roof and furnace, and he assured me that they were brand new. He totally lied right to my face. No two ways about it. He told me they were new, and the inspector found that they both needed to be replaced immediately. He lied right to my face. Right to my face. We were standing as far away from each other as your nose is from your computer screen, and he lied right through his teeth to me.
We ended up making a deal to split the cost of the repairs, so I was already behind. If he was selling me a house with a new roof and furnace, then they should have paid for the repairs. Still, I had the money and needed to make the deal, so I agreed to pay half. Everything was going as smooth as it could, considering his lies, but then they left a bunch of tacky furniture in the house when they moved out. We had talked to see if they could leave some stuff, and I OK’ed one shelf in the laundry room. He had left a bunch of crap furniture in the basement, including two pieces of furniture that had to be disassembled to remove, and hence lost any resale or donation value and cost me a trip to the dump. One of these shelves was covering up some of the shoddy construction work done in the house, which cost me even more money. Add a cheesy coffee table, a bunch of rusty tools, and a bedframe that looks like they dragged it behind a truck for a mile.
I was very disappointed having dealt with Jeff. He probably got a big hug from his dad, but he left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. Also, ignore the «Five Star» rating on his site. You know what you need to do to qualify for «Five Star» ratings? You just need to advertise with the company that trademarked the term «Five Star». He lists it as an award on his website, like he has nothing but top ratings from his customers, when anyone with a license qualifies as long as they pay the fee.
Bottom Line: He’s probably great to have on your side if you want someone to lie on your behalf, but he cost his dad $ 15k and burnt me for more than that. If he was working for me, I’d make sure I had a good lawyer on retainer, too.
