History

Established in 1994.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Dr. McCulloch moved to the Pacific Northwest to pursue her graduate degree in Orthodontics from the University of Washington following dental school at the University of British Columbia. After completing Orthodontics, she joined the faculty at the University of Washington in the department of Pediatric Dentistry as a clinical professor as well as entering private practice. She has published several scientific papers.

Dr. McNeill earned Doctor of Dental Surgery and Masters in Physical Anthropology degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Following a National Institutes of Health Fellowship at Philadelphia Children’s Hospital, Dr. McNeill completed his specialty training in the University of Washington orthodontic residency program. He subsequently combined private practice with service on the faculty of the University of Washington Department of Orthodontics, from which he retired as full professor in 1990.
