Still a fantastic place to go. Now that I’ve moved away from Mercer Island, I still come back here because they provide the best pedicure experience I’ve had! Nice space, good massage chairs, careful service — they’ve got it all! I highly recommend these folks.

We have had manicures three times from them and each time they did a wonderful job! They are also very friendly.

Worst place I’ve ever been. My manicure was awful and all thought I spent 25 mins drying them by a fan, they still smudged when I left. I asked why they were taking so long to dry and the owner Kim was extremely rude. I think they put acetone in their polishes to thin them out. I will never return.

For the price, I really didn’t get the quality I was expecting. My pedicure was rushed and they missed quite a few steps that my normal nail salon does. During the manicure my cuticles weren’t trimmed very well and the painting wasn’t a very good job either. To top it off, nobody was very friendly. I won’t be back.

I get regular pedicures at Pro Mercer Nails and I love it. Michael has a thorough yet gentle touch. None of the ‘ouch’ that I often experienced at another shop on the Island. The service is personalized and friendly. No sense of being rushed or just another number.

I called in for an appointment 40 minutes ahead of time, and right when I walked in they knew why I was there. One lady asked me to select a color, I specified I wanted a french manicure and I took a seat. There was a very under-whelming««prepping» process that only took about 2 minutes of effort. They did not exfoliate my legs and used cheap jergens lotion(the kind you can buy at any grocery store). The guy doing my nails was pretty quiet but kind none the less. I was disappointed in the quality of my pedicure, honestly I can do better myself without the acetone & brush to «correct» the thicker painted white lines. When he applied the sheer pink ‘top coat’ it was obvious he did not apply it evenly. As i disappointingly stared at my toes while they were drying I ultimately regretted going here after seeing the lack of attention to detail close up. The only think I would ever return here is for a basic polish change. I should have listed to the previous commenter and«drove on by girlfriend».

Never get a manicure here. In fact, never go here for anything. You are better off getting your 6 year old neighbor to do your nails than go here. I am at a loss how to describe how bad a mani/pedi can be… try to imagine nail polish that will never, and I mean never, dry because it has been gooped on so thick it is chemically impossible for the drying process to take place. It’s cheap, and they always have time for you, but just drive on by, girlfriend, just drive on by.
