Lovering Volvo of Meredith

I can’t praise these folks enough. Went there to see a used car from Manchester with my own financing. I test drove the vehicle and decided I wanted it. The salesman, Shane Hayes, was not your typical salesman. He simply showed me what I was there to see and asked me if that was what I wanted. Yes!!! Shane is a Marine so he understands the 5 W’s so we clicked right away! Huge plus. Not an advantage but a plus. He advised the young lady who does the financing that I walked in having my own and she was confident she could beat the rate I was offered. None of the usual song and dance amongst the salesman, sales manager and the finance specialist at Lovering; once the application was completed I went straight to her office. She estimated 20 minutes before she’d get feedback from the lenders she thought I would be approved at a better rate for but it took about 8 (I have an uncanny concept of time) and as promised I was approved at a better rate at close to HALF of the approval I walked in with. I completed and signed the paperwork within another 15 minutes (printing and signing) and was good to go. NOW; with that being said, there was the typical up-​sale at the finance desk for an extended warranty (fully comprehensive powertrain, electrical, etc. with no deductible) originally for a term of ³⁄₃₆ but opted for the ⁴⁄₄₈ since the increase in the finance was marginal between the two and the difference in the payment without it was $ 40+ and some change considering with my own financing without the warranty I would’ve been $ 55+ over (+\-) and it was a done deal. As stated above, I’m in Manchester and drove myself there to do all this so they agreed to drive the car to the Concord location once ready. Executed and drove home from Concord. Very easy, veteran friendly (as the majority of their staff are vets) and no song and dance on the process. As I said, very atypical with dealers in general. Will purchase my next vehicle there… Guaranteed!!! 1000 stars to this business for the front to back experience. They truly understand that customers are there to BUY something and not be SOLD something for sure. Shop here first if you’re in the market for a new Volvo or a used vehicle. They are in Nashua, Concord and Meredith, NH. Again, 1000 stars.

When I decided to replace my 20 year old Volvo wagon, my mechanic recommended Lovering for a newer used vehicle. I found exactly the car thatI was looking for (XC70’ low miles, one owner) on the Lovering website. I emailed my inquiry and got a response within hours. My husband and I drove the car and had the paperwork completed with financing in place within a couple of hours. Everyone from the appointment setters in Nashua to Shane, our salesman, to service and management, all around, everyone was kind, professional and easy to work with. My husband got a quote for snow tires for his S40 and the price was better than the big box tire store, they put the tires on and even washed the car for him! I can’t give them enough praise. I’d buy another car from them in a heartbeat.
