We have built a personal experience through our service that we have maintained clients for over 16 years. We provide immediate emergency services for residential and commercial clients during any type of water damage that needs service 24 hours a day.

We understand that you don’t have to be the biggest fish in the pond, you just have to have the greatest passion and integrity. With everyone we work with, subcontractors, employees, customers, vendors, and the general public, we want to build strong positive relationships. We develop an emotional connection that shows integrity, compassion, loyalty, friendliness, and trust. Our commitment to our client is to provide daily communication, as well as, coordination with their insurance company, to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Brandon is the Disaster Response Team by UltraClean leader, with over 17 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. His background of special training includes:

«I enjoy the aspect of helping people when they need it most. When someone has experienced a traumatic situation, they need someone quickly that they can trust; it’s up to us to help them cope through the loss and get their life back to normal. We develop relationships with our clients that are meaningful which helps us bond with those clients.»

Outside of the job, Brandon is a passionate family man and avid outdoors-​man.

I returned home from vacation to a flooded rental house. I didn’t think it was too bad, neither did my property management company. We were wrong! When Brandon and his crew got involved, THINGS GOT DONE PROPERLY. They have instruments that help to find things that other people would never be able to. Brandon even found old water damage that could have created possible mold and problems for my family. Based on what Brandon found and documented, all blame was removed from me and and the owner took care of all costs. Brandon handled EVERYTHING and I could TRUST that it was done properly even if I was not there to check on it. Brandon and his son even came over late on a Friday evening so we could get it done faster. Most companies would have waited until Monday or sent someone else to handle it. That is DEDICATION!

Christmas morning we had no water. Look in the crawl space, and there was a good four inches engulfing the bottom of our home. We called around and these folks were the only company that had any interest in helping during the holiday. Brandon answered and was incredibly empathetic! He had Richard and another guy over to the house within the hour, because they knew that without a clean work space, no plumber was going to go down there to fix it.
Richard got there and was very VERY good at making us feel like the company cared and wanted to get us fixed. He and the other gentleman (I apologize, I don’t remember his name) were at our house on Christmas day for about 9 – 10 hours! I know they were paid well, but to spend your entire Christmas with us, that was above and beyond.
Since Christmas, Richard has been back a couple times each day to make sure the blowers drying out the crawl space were doing their job. The fans are still in and it’s getting dried out. But regardless, the work they put in allowed a plumber to do their job, and without them, this experience would have 10X worse. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone, anytime. Could not have asked for a better bunch of guys!
