Sur La Table Cooking Class

So we drove over 300 miles to come take a cooking class for my brother’ birthday. He had taken a previous class and apparently enjoyed it. This class was AWFUL. The instructor had a fancy way of of cooking pork, well by the time we were ready to eat the pork didn’t look done but he cut it and assured it was ok. It tasted TERRIBLE and was not done.
The instructor was much to excited (due to the fact he was quitting and this was his last class) to really «instruct» or teach. Both of those words are what I associate with a «class”-silly me.
Upon complaining about the entire experience, they offered us a refund in the form of a gift card. There was 6 of us @$ 69/​person. Well we got emails with the gift card information attached. Less than12 hours later the gift card was cancelled because they were just going to issue a full refund. Well this was almost 2 months ago and none of us have gotten a refund. Will not be giving this company another dime.
