What a wonderful experience! I contacted them via their web site and email. The responses where very professional and timely. The owner came to the house to review the windows and provide me a firm price to clean our 22 windows on our two story home. I received a reminder phone call, the cleaners where prompt, explained the job they would do, cleaned up after themselves, and the windows look great!
Received a follow-​up call to see how the job looked and asked if I had any questions or concerns.

I recently moved to Boise and bought a house and discovered after I moved in that my southern facing bedroom gets really hot during the day because of the sun shining through my sliding glass door. My room is easily 5 – 10 degrees hotter than any room in the house, even in the winter.
I’d heard good things about Window Genie so I asked them to give me a quote. Justin, the owner, was professional and helpful. He actually recommended a less expensive window film.
His team came out on Monday to install the film. They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. And I can’t believe it, my room feels 5 – 10 degrees cooler now. I’m surprised because from the inside the window film isn’t very dark it’s more like a light tint. But it really works. I’m looking forward to a cooler summer. Price was very reasonable too. Less than $ 200 to cover my sliding glass door.
