THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE!!! Beware when you sign a contract with this company as you may not be aware of what you are getting into. They continued to come out and spray our house and auto charge our bank account when we were out of the contract. Apparently, a missed call on your phone is enough of a reason for them to think it is alright for them to charge you for services you didn’t even know you received until you check your account. It took 5 calls to actually get someone to call me back. Buyer beware!!!

Very well trained «hard sales» saleperson who rang our doorbell and seemed to want to argue with every response to every question. Name dropping my neighbors? I could care less who they do business with. «What do I use on my lawn?» The stuff in my garage. «What chemicals?» The ones that are bought and paid for and in my garage. Asshole. I thought we were going to have to push him off the front steps to get him to leave.
I didn’t think about the business at all after he left but stumbled upon these reviews and had to add my experience.

THE WORST. These idiots canvas nice communities door to door in the most aggressive illegal ways possible. The first question out of Blake’s mouth, «what do you do for a living?» Excuse me? After I told him to scram, I watched him go two doors down to my neighbors house, and he must’ve heard their lawnmower going in the back. so what does he do? Opens their privacy fenced gate and walks into their back yard to approach him. Joke was on him, because that man was from a lawn service. but that’s called TRESPASSING and it’s not okay. I should’ve called the cops! NEVER do business with companies like this.
Update: thought you might say that Devin W, because that’s the response I got the day I called. Denial and refusal for me to send you the pics, so I posted one here for your reference. Trespassing is illegal!

Door to door sales rep totally ignores «No Soliciting» sign. I ignored them the first attempt but they came back on another day. This display of lack of respect for potential customers says a lot about this company. I wouldn’t let them in my home if it was crawling with bugs.

Wouldn’t use Edge Kansas if they paid me.
Their door-​to-​door salesman ignored the posted No Solicitation notice and was aggressive and nosey. The fact I didn’t slam the door in his face was my mistake as I didn’t appreciate the invasive questions, like «Do you work from home?» and his not understanding clear answers. The joke about exterminating my small dogs didn’t land well, either.
Will be reporting the solicitation attempt (a third degree misdemeanor) to the city which should result in a fine.

Salesperson said they would clean out the window wells and the spider nests that were in garage. I told them we have a garage full of insect spray and need the leaves out so the spray would be effective. When the service man showed up he knocked down a couple of nests and sprayed the leaves –not removed them as promised. When I tried to terminate the contract I was told there is an early termination fee and basically since I signed the contract they did not care about my satisfaction. There are a lot of pest control companies. Pick someone else! EDGE just takes your money.

Edge Pest Control is sufficient. We’ve been using them for a little over a year now and their work is fine. They were the first «door to door» sales I had experienced, and I don’t like bugs, so I signed up without doing any research. I signed a 3 year contract (I knew that is what I was doing) and after the guy left, I looked up the company online. They did not have good reviews so I was scared I got roped into a bad thing and I was initially regretting signing the contract. But, I haven’t had any problems with them at all, so I guess I’m OK w/​my 3 year contract. They call before the come out, they ask if I want the inside of my home sprayed, they stay away from my garden… after their work is done, they email a receipt and then I am billed. Nothing strange or out of the ordinary has happened with my service. Every time they call or spray for service, they tell me if I see any bug activity that I can give them a call and they will come back out. Sure I’ve spotted a handful of spiders around, but nothing really worth calling over, so I think they do fine.

Never used these guys, but their door to door sales reps are WAY to aggressive. We have a small court yard gate with a no soliciting sign — which is our first line of defense. Then we have another no soliciting sign on our door. So, their guy ignored the locked fence and the sign, jumped the fence, ignored the door sign and still knocked and rang on our doorbell. Unbelievable. When you invade and harass consumers like this, that do not want to be solicited, how can you not expect them to be upset?

STAY AWAY!!! SIGN NOTHING!!! These guys use really slimy sales tactics and have you sign a sales agreement for two years service without telling you it is a contract. Paid 60% to cancel the contract because it was cheaper than keeping their service, which doesn’t work by the way. They are supposed to call before they come out, I never received a call so they only serviced the front yard because the gate to our fenced in backyard was locked, of course they charged us full price. When you call to cancel the service they are very patronizing and act like they are doing you a favor. Do yourself a favor and just stay away… far away.
Update: Discovered that they had their BBB Accreditation revoked due to high complaint volume, 81 complaints to be exact. All complaints are mainly over pushy sales people and the contract that you unwittingly sign. Even in their response to the BBB Edge Pest Control is stating that customers must pay 60% of the contract to break service.

Sales representative falsely represented the document he had me initial and sign on his tablet. In no way shape or form did he verbally mention any service agreement or contract. WATCH OUT DOING BUSINESS WITH EDGE.
Don’t sign a damn thing.
Spoke with Kellan the manager at EDGE. You can tell this is not his first song and dance. I explained my concerns and he replies you initialed and signed the service agreement, we specifically have you sign the areas about the agreement. If you cancel you will be billed 60% of the service agreement. He basically said «f-​you, your on the hook no matter what my sales rep sold you».
