History

Established in 2011.

Is a nail business started on January 2011. Created by Ettennae Perez-​Vargas a Puertorrican girl with passion for art.

Before been a nails specialist she was a graphic designer. She landed several jobs as graphic designer, and she even started her own company called Holy Designs. The graphic design industry started to slow down. So it was time to change careers, she went from computer design to a different canvas, NAILS.

Ettennae graduated on 2009 with Highest Honors on her class from Instituto de Banca y Comercio.

This was my first time at pink nails and it was a superb experience. I arrived for my appointment a bit early and they were able to take me immediately. My nail tech/​artist was Kassandra. She welcomed me as did all the ladies. Her work was impeccable and she pays great attention to detail. I knew I wanted a gray color but was unsure of the shade she showed me two options and tried them out on my nails. She showed me different options for the design. She took her time and went over her work. The salon itself is quaint and had a very welcoming vibe. It was also very clean. I will be returning to pink nails!

Nane (the owner) is a great nail tech. She is thorough, creative and truly cares about her customers. All of the ladies here are courteous and pleasant. The salon is clean and organized. One of the qualities I like most about Pink Nails is that they are respectful of people’s time. When I have an appointment, I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes to be serviced. I always look forward to getting my nails done here. If you’re looking for a nail salon that is up to date on nail trends and does great work, definitely give Pink Nails a try.

Acrylic nails didn’t last me more than a week, three fell off the fist week and I had to come back and was still charged for 3 nails to be put back on. Studs also fell off. Gave them 3 chances but my whole acrylic nail kept falling off each time I came back in to get fill ins. Found fungus under two nails :/​People are nice that work there but wont be returning.

I have been here twice now. Both times I had Camila. Her attention to detail is crazy. She is so nice and wants her work to be done well. She redoes things she doesn’t think are nice enough without me even asking. The ladies in this nail salon are bilingual so it’s nice if Spanish is your first language. They are so polite and respectful. They also have lots of gems and stamps and mood gel so I come here for my fancier manicures.

Wanted to see what all the talk was about, and I must say I was highly disappointed. I got a top gel coat which turned dull in less then a week and then about 4 weeks later (after getting my first filling) when I go to a different location to get a filling we notice that there was fungus growing under my nail. GROSS!!! Not what I expected

This nail salon is amazing ! All the girls that work there are incredibly talented ! I’ve been going here around 2 years and have always left with gorgeous nails ! I go to the owner Nane and she is such a pleasure to talk to and has always been spot on with creating any design I bring to her ! This place is a beautifully decorated pink to match the name and one of the cleanest nail salons !

My NEW regular nail place!
The ladies at Pink Nail are a refreshing group of talented professionals. One visit and I plan to make this my Go To Nail stop. Kassi wow’d me with a flawless 3-​color ombré and free-​hand gold glitter design.
Unable to keep my standing appointment for an acrylic back fill, I cruised Unilocal!for a salon near home. Pink Nails scored well and I gave it a shot, thinking it would do in a pinch.
The price was a tad more than my old place but the quality and creative art was well worth it. If I’d had this same work done before, I would have paid lots more at my other shop, where every nuance is an add on, but my art was complimentary and even suggested at Pink Nail.
Now I’ll finally get to check off all the items on my Nail Art Wish List!
Strictly Nails, so I’m still on my own for my brows, but thrilled, none the less.

I came here for a basic gel manicure and pedicure right before I went on a vacation and was pleasantly surprised by this place. It definitely lives up to the pink name, it is very pink inside! The shop is also small which provides a more intimate experience.
Now on to my actual manicure and pedicure experience. I booked an appointment online which was very convenient. When i got there the told me to pick a color for my pedicure off the regular polish wall and then they would find a gel color to match it for my manicure. They did a great job finding a very close match in the colors! The woman who did my nails was wonderful! She did a great job with my gel manicure! It lasted pretty well through my 3 week vacation only getting a couple of tiny chips after the two week mark. My pedicure was a great experience as well.
When I booked the appointment online it say the gel manicure and pedicure would be $ 55 and when I paid I was only charge $ 50, which was a nice surprise. I will definitely come back here again to get my nails done and hopefully to try out some of their cool nail art!

I was introduced to this group of talented nail artists by my BFF. Have had a full gel set and designs done by Nane and I’ve never been disappointed. Love the atmosphere and the positive energy of these nail artists. I’m sad to make this my 1st and last review as I’m moving to Florida. I hope to find what I found here down south. Creativity at it’s finest.

Also probably the best (and sanitary) pedicure I’ve ever gotten was here
Def don’t expect a relaxing massage but a nicely manicured and shaped pedicure is what I mean.
They could definitely use some NEW higher quality nail polish

They are great. I came in a few minutes late and they started rite away with out any problems. I was welcomed with open arms. Cindy did my nails and she did them well. I absolutely love my nails. They are exactly what I wanted and even more. She added glitter to the ordinary nails to make them glisten and shine out more and they look amazing. I’m going on vacation and these nails describe my theme perfectly

I went for a manicure and it was the most complete mani i ever had. I noticed a steady flow of female customers coming in and out with some crazy art on their nails. Is everything pink but gentlemens dont let that stop you from getting pampered.

I’ve gotten my nails done my Nane and Camilla but all the ladies here are very talented and do amazing work. They listen to you and deliver! I won’t go to any other nail salon ever again! I suggest you try and book ahead of time since they get booked up fairly quickly and their pricing is very fair for the great work they do

I’ve had horrible experiences with nail salons. They would drill my nail to a point that it would burn or make me bleed. They would crack or chip and fall off within a week. I decided to try them out and I must say they’re amazing. My nails are on like a rock no lifting or chipping. I had them done by Cynthia who did an amazing job and really knew what she was doing. I got acrylic and I have a problem with them lifting because of my mistreated nails but it’s been over a week and they’re just as when I first got them. I got regular polish and it still hasn’t worn off. Overall the staff is great and friendly. They’re products are amazing and even though they’re a bit far from me they’re definitely worth the drive. And have reasonable prices.

The best nail salon in Long Island, you need to book an appt., but it’s well worth it, they do amazing work ladies are friendly, very professional and I have never been disappointed, there very creative, worth every penny, would highly recommend
