Great store and great location! They have a great sale going on this month, their annual Crawl Walk Run sale. All Fall/Winter clothes are on sale. Great selection of clothing brands. The employees are very amazing and always willing to help. The store always looks beautiful. I love their window displays! I know a lot of people don’t want to spend $ 3 on the gift box, but they are specially made, so it makes sense. Plus they are adorable! It adds a great touch to the whole gift experience. The brands they offer Mayoral, Tea, Appaman, Kissy Kissy, Kickee Pants, etc are amazing in their quality.

The book selection is my favorite thing here. It’s a mix between kids’ gift shop, toy store, clothing store and online trendy hot spot. You can find beautiful and unique things. Prices are high and would like to see them be open later. If you need something special, great place to shop.

It’s alright. Very overpriced. Love the selection of merchandise though.

What a darling store! I had yet to do anything but window shop here until recently. Generally, we make it over to Mosaic for dinner or a movie, but luckily, this time I was able to see the adorable store interior. I wasn’t disappointed. They had a good selection of up-to-date styles and cool brands. I appreciated that they had a range of sizes from newborn through toddler including boys, girls, and gender neutral. You wouldn’t believe the headache it can be to find gender non-specific clothes. Prices, I found, were actually a little lower than I would have expected for a children’s boutique in a trendy area. I wasn’t overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff(they seemed busy stocking something or other), but that can actually be nice instead of feeling like an associate is buzzing around you constantly. What really got me interested was exploring their darling selection of classic and soon-to-be-classic children’s books. I wanted to gobble them all up! I hope this is not just a seasonal(i.e. Christmas) phenomenon.

I have been here a number of times — there are some things I love and some things that really irk me. THEBAD: The staff I find a little annoying and not helpful. For example, I was sifting through girl clothes and explained to the sales woman who was following me around that I was looking for a particular color for pictures I was having taken. She suggested other colors and I politely told her I had my heart set. I found a shirt I liked and commented that I was bummed they didn’t have the size I needed. She proceeded to read me the sizes and ask if any of them would work. Well, no, that’s the same thing I just did and I’d already declared they didn’t have what I needed. Very difficult interactions to have while my toddler was crying. Sometimes you need to get in and get out. Also frustrating there is no dressing room. I’d be ok with this if the store had a good return policy. Return policy is store credit only, within 14 days. It takes me 14 days to remember to put gas in my car, let alone drive to Merrifield to return something that didn’t fit because there was nowhere to try it on. On a recent trip to buy a gift, I asked for a gift box and was told they were $ 3. I don’t think I need to explain why this is annoying in a high priced baby boutique. THEGOOD: I am brand loyal and I love the brands they carry. Love their annual sale, you can find great deals. All that said, I can find the brands they have elsewhere and have a more positive experience with a dressing room and free gift box. I usually prefer to support small business in exchange for personal attention and customer service. I just don’t find it here :(.
