Dr. Kmak is an owner at Associated Dentists of Northwest Indiana and has been practicing for more than 25 years. All of those years have been at Associated Dentists. Dr. Kmak has advanced training in cosmetic, restorative and endodontic dentistry. Dr. Kmak is our only dentist who makes himself available at both our Merrillville and Munster locations.
