After trying a few different transportation companies in the area, I’m so happy that I’ve found Rich. Rich went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. He brought me an umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet on the walk to the car and he had hot chocolate and a granola bar waiting for me after an early morning flight. It’s clear that Rich loves what he does and truly cares about his clients. Rich was on-​time, courteous and is one of the most genuine people i’ve ever meant. Having tried many car services, I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed with Rich!!!

I have never met a person who runs a limo /​cab/​any kind of transportation who is as courteous, punctual and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are well taken care of. Richard Jackaus is absolutely the best at what his does, and as long as I have to travel and need a ride, I call no one but Brookside Transportation for ALL my travel needs. If you are visiting Boston or are from the area and need a ride anywhere around a 100 mile radius of Boston, do not hesitate to call Richard.

Rich provides great service! He is super punctual and keeps his car clean and well-​maintained. I ping Rich every time I go to Logan or Manchester and he is always available. He is great to talk to after a long day of travel and will always go the extra mile to make your ride quick and comfortable.
