ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Terrible. I tried this place twice now.
First time I arrived on a week night around 6:55. There was absolutely nobody in the waiting room, no cars in the lot so I went in. I was checked in immediately and brought to an exam room. I sat there for an hour and twenty minutes. Nobody came in to let me know how long it would be… Again when I checked in there was nobody else in the waiting room. Finally after being left in the exam room for an hour plus I just decided to leave. When I left the room the nurses were chatting and hanging out in the hall and Doctor was sitting in the Hal doing nothing unbelievable.
Today was even worse!!! My son woke up with an ear ache. I decided I would get there at 9 when they open to get his ears checked before work. First of all 9am is not the most convenient opening time but oh well.
I was there at five of nine along with three others. We stood in line waiting for the door to open at 9. No opening. At 9:10 the nurse came over and said she cannot open since the doctor has not shown up… The doc didn’t call… No regard for anyone else’s time. So me and my sick son waited in the Coke temps in line until 9:25 and still no damn doctor. This doctor has no regard for anyone else’s time!!!
This is no way near convenient.
Try southern NH immediate care in Nashua. Much better!
This location is poorly managed and the doctor is only concerned with herself and nobody else’s time matters.
Two strikes
