We are a high-​end specialty roaster of super high quality Arabica coffees from around the world as well as a supplier of coffee brewers, espresso machines, grinders and barista tools to help you properly prepare your coffee!

In addition to fine coffees, we also carry an impressive array of exquisite black and flavored teas to include the legendary Aiya Ceremonial Green Teas along with all the necessary tools to enjoy the Japanese tea ceremony was originally practiced.

Monin syrups, smoothie mixes and flavorings will be found on our website as well as many other goodies for the coffee connoisseur or just plain fanatic!

History

Established in 2012.

Hedgehog Coffee Roasters originated when a very forward thinking African pygmy hedgehog named «Java» convinced two seasoned entrepreneurs and coffee freaks that it might be a good idea to cater to America’s favorite addiction… coffee. In that Americans consume nearly 150 billion cups of coffee per year, the little hedgehog concluded there was enough room for one more really great coffee roaster. Hence, Hedgehog Coffee Roasters was born!

Hedgehog Coffee Roasters has since become synonymous with great coffee from around the world, expertly small-​batch roasted to perfection.
