History

Established in 2010.

With over 26 years of experience in the Industry, Owner/​General Manger, Pastor Joubert is recognized as an expert in personal security.

Prior to Founding ID Video Solutions, Pastor Joubert spent 4 years as Operations Manager at a Woburn, MA based Electronic Security Firm. During that time he became adept at diagnosing various intricate system platforms and led an elite group of over 22 installation, service and testing technicians in some of the Industries most challenging projects.



Prior to that assignment, Pastor Joubert headed the covert division of a large security firm for over 18 years. He has also conducted security escorts for Political figures, celebrities and key speakers over his career, including General Powell and Walter Cronkite, pictures of whom proudly hang in his office.

As head of ID Video Solutions he brings a vast level of hands on expertise in project management and problem solving to assist in all levels of client projects. With IDVS, you’re in great hands!

Business Owner

With over 26 years of experience in the Industry, Pastor Joubert is recognized as an expert in all forms of security administration.

Commencing in 1984, he led hundreds of security personnel, and in conjunction specialized in the electronic security industries as a covert installation specialist beginning in 1989 until the year 2004.

In 2004 he joined a large electronic security firm, and led an elite group of over 22 installation, service and testing technicians through some of the Industries most challenging projects and quickly specialized at diagnosing various intricate electronic security system platforms.

Pastor further served as Director of Contract Security Services for several college institutions, including Middlesex Community College and Harvard Longwood Medical Campus, many Fortune 500 companies and several Massachusetts Malls over his contract security career spanning just over 2 decades.

As head of IDVS he brings a vast level of hands on security expertise!
