5 Star Window Care

I have used 5 Star Window Care for a few years. They used to do a fantastic job. However, they cleaned my windows on 11−9−15, and I am very disappointed with the results. I have streaks, drips, dirty spots (i.e., never cleaned) and water marks from rain. I contacted the company but have yet to get a response.
Apparently, Curt no longer owns this company. Charlene is his mother; she no longer works there. I think it was bought out by someone in California. None of the workers who came this time were the original workers (Jeff and others) who used to come.
Quality has definitely declined! :(

I have used 5 Star Window Care since 2013. Charlene was the wife that handled all of the scheduling and communication. Every worker they had was so diligent, clean, courteous and amazing. I never had any problems. Unfortunately, they sold the business.
I have used their services twice since the selling. The workers are still very polite and courteous, but the work ethic has diminished so much. I am dealing with several different people when I call or email, and not one person has stuck with taking care of their promises. I had them come out to my house to clean the screens, window tracks and windows. The 2 workers informed me that they had 2 other jobs for that day cancel. I was busy doing other cleaning up duties as they 2 guys worked. All of a sudden, they were standing there with a clipboard watching me. I asked if they needed something, and they informed me that they were done. I was very surprised that they had completed the work so quickly. I thanked them, and said that I want to pay by credit card. They told me to call the office on Monday, and give my credit card info to the office.
After they left, I started walking around and looking at my windows. They looked pretty good. Upon further review, I noticed that they tracks were not completely clean in ANY of the windows. Some of the screens looked dirty also. I was not happy, but I am one that doesn’t make that big of a deal of things. I emailed several sets of pictures of the tracks, and told them that it was an FYI. They emailed me back stating that someone could come out on the 29^th to redo & fix. I just wanted to pay and be done with them.
On the 29^th, I was home taking care of several business situations on the phone. My front door was open, but the security door was locked. As I was on the phone, I see this shadow of a man at my front door. He just stood there, but said nothing. I kept the business call with my bank on the phone, as it scared the heck out of me. When I walked to the door, he said nothing. I asked if I could help him. I finally realized that it was one of my cleaners from 5 Star. He had a vacuum in hand. I told him that I was not interested, as he totally caught me off guard, and I was in the middle of several business deals. I told him that I needed to get my bill paid. He told me to call and talk to Erica. I did. She pushed the fact that they wanted to make me happy, and they were in the process of getting some new workers as they had several complaints. I tried just letting it go, and paying. She emphasized again that they really wanted to make this right. So, I agreed to them coming back on 30^th at 3pm. I went ahead and gave her my credit card over the phone. I was stupid, and trusted that they were going to redo it the correct way.
On the 30^th, I cancelled an appointment, and rushed home from work. 3pm. .. 3:30pm.. . 4pm. . still no worker. At 4:20pm, I left. I have not heard a word. I emailed them with my frustration. It is Wed., Nov. 4^th, and I still have no response. I will NOT be using 5 Star Window again. I am so sad as the previous owners NEVER would have done this.

I’ve used 5 Star a couple of times to clean the windows at our condo and have been completely satisfied both times. We also had 5 Star tint our sun-​facing windows and were very happy with that as well.
Now we’ve purchased a single family dwelling and have a beautiful walk-​in glass shower. WHICH SHOWS HARD WATER STAINS FROM EVERY DROP OF WATER USED TO SHOWER! I called 5 Star for a solution, and they were out within a week to help me out.
We now have clear glass shower doors which are also sealed to help minimize the hard water marks in the future. It looks amazing, and once again we are very happy with 5 Star’s work.
Everyone on Curt’s team whom we”ve dealt with has been friendly, polite and very professional. They always arrive on time, get the work done, and want to make sure that we are not only satisfied but truly wowed. We always are.

Wow! What a difference clean windows and screens can make. I got the estimate and made the appointment online — so easy and convenient. The guys actually arrived ahead of schedule (calling first to make sure it was alright to come early). They were awesome — courteous and thorough! The price was very reasonable and definitely worth the result. I will recommend them without hesitation to my friends and family. Thanks 5 Star Window Care for making my life so much easier and my house more enjoyable.

Seriously impressed! They made it easy and efficient to get a quote, super fast to schedule and everyone was incredibly friendly, prompt and super accomodating!
Their tagline says they are a Customer Service Company that just happens to do windows — that statement is absolutely representattive of the experience I had with them.

This is the second time I’ve used 5 Star Window Cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Charlene in the office is very professional and accommodating, getting us scheduled within two days.
The service team arrived right on time. They knew everything about our needs from the records of the first visit. They were very pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job on the windows, screens and tracks. The windows looked flawless when they were finished.
5 Star prices are very fair and reasonable. Our service team even adjusted our price DOWN when we decided not to clean a couple of window screens because we weren’t going to put them back up.
I highly recommend 5Star Window Cleaning!

I have been having some health difficulties and have been unable to get the windows done this year. I have never, ever, ever considered using a service for this. I wasn’t quite sure how well the whole thing would work out, but did it ever!
Friendly, quick, professional and amazingly clean windows.
To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever made them shine like that!

Seriously, this is a five star company. A total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The entire crew was friendly and truly concerned about our needs. They were on time and finished exactly when they said they would. The windows have never looked better. But most importantly, how often do you have service people in your home who you would enjoy having back for dinner. Yes, it was that good of an experience!

Window cleaning — something I dread every year, and have skipped it cause of storms and the pain it is. Our realtor said we had to clean the windows, and I went online to find a local merchant. I was able to do an online estimate with 5 Star, and it was EXTREMELY reasonable, that I followed thru with the «contact me». I was contacted by Charlene the very next morning, super nice, polite and completely understanding of our «rush» since we needed clean windows in order to list our home. She had someone out there within 2 days — Chris and Jeff and they were GREAT. Polite, pleasant, nice, timely, and did a fantastic job. Had I known about 5 Star, my windows would have been clean EVERY year, and all the time. I will be using them again, and recommending them to anyone I know. I will also ask for Chris and Jeff again, as they were a great team!

Honest and on-​time! The crew at 5 star is amazing, they even wear booties in your house. No detail goes unnoticed, I can’t recommend them ENOUGH! If you call them, they will make you happy — guaranteed.
