Very personable service and extremely honest … originally went for a second opinion and they saved me a fortune … the owner, Chris is a great guy … he explains everything and makes sure that you leave happy. I really appreciate that there was no annoying upselling. Prices seem to be more than fair. Highly recommend Chris and his shop.

This update is way overdue. Chris stands by his work (even if the issue is with a part he worked on, not his labor). His rates are more than fair and he will not try to upsell you to services or repairs that you don’t need. His staff will take you back and show you the issues on your car before they start the repairs. He has kept our family’s vehicles in good repair for many years. I highly recommend this shop.

I live in Phoenix (proper), and had my car towed 20 miles today to A+ Auto Repair because I know I can trust their service and get a fair price for the work! Chris and his team are honest, timely, and down-​to-​earth. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and hope you will stop by next time you are needing a quick tune-​up, oil change or even a more serious repair.

Boo to you Ben! I love A Plus Auto Repair. I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle besides Chris and his crew. I’ve never had an issue with the cost of repair on my vehicle and they’ve always finished repairs very quickly. I recommend A Plus Auto to everyone I know and so far, everyone I’ve recommended would go back. Five stars for A Plus Auto!

You will get quality service here but there is extraordinary markup on the cost of parts+labor. I’ve had similar work done for a quarter of the price. Chris was very helpful and gave me advice on how to proceed with my work, acknowledging that I was a college student and it may be a financial hardship to get my work done. So at least they care?
But I won’t go back.
