Therapeutic Swedish massage can ease tension and reduce pain, wheather its part of physical therapy or individual sessions. It can reduce the symptoms of arthritis, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other disorders of the muscles and/​or nervous system.

Deep Tissue Massage

Our technique penetrates deep into the body’s musculature to unlock deep areas of tension. We advise clients to drink plenty of water after this treatment to aid in the elimination of toxins released by muscles affected by the massage.

Hot Stone Massage:

The Hot Stone Massage is a healing treatment that involves the application of water-​heated basalt stones to key points on the body. Stones are heated to allow for greater relaxation of stressed muscles that can then be manipulated more effectively by a licensed massage therapist.
