I got an accepted offer on a home that I was looking at buying in North Scottsdale on Friday of Memorial day weekend. I wasn’t able to reach an inspector until the following Tuesday. Being four days into the 10 day inspection window, I had trouble finding anyone who could commit to such short notice. I called around a dozen inspectors before I found Nick. He was able to squeeze me in the following Thursday. This was a large home so it took about five hours to inspect. Nick knew what to look for. He found problems with the duct work, HVACs, roof and more. This all added up to around $ 50,000 or more in needed repairs. I could have negotiated the price down but decided to back out. Nick took the time to discuss the report in detail. Highly recommended.

Nick was a thorough professional. I needed a home inspection scheduled and done quickly and I was fortunate to find Nick. He went as far as cancelling his appointment that he had scheduled for his car service to make himself available the very next day.

Nick went carefully over every part of the home and pointed out the several safety hazards that needed to be done as well as documenting all other problems. There was some areas that can be easily broken and did not have the required safety glass, exterior doors that wouldn’t open, exposed wiring, etc.
