American Cleaning Concierge Services did a great job house sitting & pet sitting,
while we were out of town for the holiday.
They showed up on time and cleaned our home and made sure our 4 furry kids had water & food.
We really appreciate the service they provided.

It took a while for the owner to get to me but when she did I was incredibly pleased with the results. She was nice and easy to talk to and I felt like I could trust her to lock my home for me because I had to leave. I was impressed and the time and care she took. I’d recommend her to a friend or family member for sure.

I too was unfortunate enough to purchase their Living Social deal and scheduled a cleaning a month and a half out. The time came for my cleaning and they were a no show. When I called the customer service line to find out what was going on, it was obvious that the lady I was talking to had no idea that I was on the schedule for that morning, but tried to play it off telling me that they didn’t forget but it would be 2 hours before the cleaners would be able to get to my house.
They finally arrived, did a poor cleaning job and then tried to leave an hour early saying that everything was done. I should have let them leave as when I looked around afterword, my house looked dirtier than before they showed up.
Stay away from this company.

Worst service ever. I bought a deal on Living Social for 2 hours of house cleaning. While scheduling my appointment, JoAnn told me there would be 2 – 3 people cleaning my house (1000 square feet). She then asked if they finished the job could they leave early. I was assured this was no problem, my house was small compared to most of the houses they clean. In this statement, I’m assuming my whole house will be cleaned in no time flat. My appointment time was on a Wednesday at 7 a.m. At approximately 7:40, I received a call stating they were late because of traffic. After showing up an hour late, one person showed up ALONE. JoAnn reports that her other staff member didn’t show up, and she would do what she could in the time allotted. In 2 hours, she was able to clean 2 bathrooms, and sweep (not mop, she didn’t have a mop) one floor. When I expressed my disappointment in receiving ½ the service I expected, I received a long response as to how difficult it is to hire reliable staff, how her expertise is in IT, did i want felons in my house? She did offer to make another appointment for me, at regular cost, of course. JoAnn was minimally apologetic and extremely unprofessional both in the actual service and dealings on the phone. Ridiculous service, I WISH she hadn’t shown up so I could get my money refunded. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone, waste of time, money, sanity.

I got a deal on Google. When I called All American Cleaning, the person told me to go to there website and get the deal, which I did. Evidently, I got the deal from their website and not Google. I paid $ 204 (includes tax) for 12 hours of cleaning. I paid upfront, which was a huge mistake. When I spoke to a person from the company, she told me that was for one person. If I had two people clean, it would be for 6 hours. This wasn’t written in the deal but I accepted it. I set an appointment for February 22, 2013. On February 22, I called them. It was not very much before they were to be at my condo. The same person cancelled and told me they were all sick. Okay, people get sick and I certainly don’t want anyone ill coming to my condo. I rescheduled for March 4, at noon. At 12:45, I spoke with the same person, who told me she had car trouble, would be late, but was on her way. At 1:00 p.m., I called the office as well as the cell phone of the person with whom I spoke. No one answered at either number, and I left voice messages. It is now 1:25 p.m. I lost my job and can’t afford to throw away $ 204.00 and am worried that is what I did. At this point, even if they come to clean AND do a great job, I would never hire them again. My appointment today was at noon, and it is now 1:30 p.m. I still haven’t heard from them.
It is now 2:15 p.m., and I haven’t heard from this organization. I have been on the phone with my credit card company, who investigated this, and is giving me the $ 204 credit back into my account. Thank you, Bank of America, Visa!
Lessons Learned: Do not pay in advance for services, and do not trust this company.
At 2:25 p.m. (approximately), they finally called me and said they couldn’t find my home. I told her that I no longer wanted their services, that it was just too late.
