I am certified by the U.S. Department of Labor in teaching unlimited MSHA courses related to all surface metal and non-​metal mines as well as surface areas of underground mines. 30 Code of Federal Regulations Part 48 subpart B with a 5000 – 23 form at completion of the course. 24 hour MSHA new miner as well as 8 hour annual MSHA refresher courses are taught at your location or my location in Mesa, AZ. I also include in my 3 day new miner course, First Aid CPR/​AED with a certificate at completion from the National Safety Council which is good for 3 years. I have a passion for SAFETY, which is exemplified during my training. I discuss complacency being one accident away from serious to fatal injury and establish a group discussion in how their specific work responsibility could become complacent.
