We had system from another company that shall go unnamed. Let’s just say it rhymes with Monitronics. When approached by Thomas and his colleague he immediately addressed our concerns with our existing system that we rarely utilized. He was able to set us up with the correct equipment to protect our home and is extremely knowledgeable about home security. We still had several months left on our contract with the other company. When I called them they refused to cancel over the phone and they also tried to get 100% of the remaining contract. The contract I had signed with the other company said I should pay 55% of remaining contract length. Thomas helped me navigate through the bureaucracy of the other company and get out of my contract for a fraction of what they were demanding. These are straight shooters and not con artists like the last guy that sold me a 5 year contract and then promptly went out of business. Thank Thomas.

Very disappointed!
We have been lied to from the beginning! We were told all windows would be secure, they are not! All doors, including the garage door, were to be secure, they are not! We would have a motion detector in the front of the house, there is none! We would have glass break sensors in the back of the house and activate the one that I already have in the front of the house; again, we don’t have this.
They removed sensors from windows that were to be covered, and then told me they were never going to be putting in new ones! They installed glass break sensors in the wrong part of the house; they installed a motion detector in the wrong part of the house.
In order to get the windows covered as they promised, they have now taken away the glass break sensors and motion detector!
The techs have been out twice and the system is still not working properly! There is one window sensor that still does not work and two door sensors that don’t work! The remote user functions on the smart phones don’t work either!
Asked for a call back from the high up/​owner, «Jeff», multiple times only to keep being told he is in a meeting and will call when he gets out! Sucks to be him as he has been in a meeting going on over two weeks now!
We requested to cancel the service within the 3 day cancellation period as not happy with the customer service, installation or the system. They promised to fix the issues, kept «no showing» and then they tell me it is too late to cancel, you now have to pay the penalty if you want to cancel!
Now we are stuck with a non– working, non-​secure system that is costing a fortune!
Then to top it all off, if we would have called ADT directly, we would have received 15 NEW window/​door sensors, new alarm panel, remote arm/​disarm fob, and a motion detector for $ 20 less a month than what this company is charging me!
My advice… Call the security company directly and never use an «authorized representative» as they don’t care about you as the consumer, they only care about themselves!

Michael Machado came to my home and explained all of the ADT option in a clear and precise manner and we had the system installed the same day. The installation took about an hour by Sean Williams and he did a very professional job and then explained again all of the functions of the system. I am impressed with the functionality of the self-​contained wireless alarm system and the fact that you don’t have to have a land-​line for the system. Good job done by all.

I’ve been very happy with the service and quality of my alarm system. I’ve dealt with Geoff and Kevin. They were very informative, helpful, and went the extra mile for me. I love my new alarm system and finally feel safe and have peace of mind! Also want to say this company is ethical — recommends what is right for me and doesn’t try to oversell. Great technology and easy system to use. I have the key fab, window break sensors, motion detectors, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, beautiful touch screen key pad, two way voice system, app for my smartphone. All is very user-​friendly and intuitive.

America’s Security recently visited our retirement community and provided an excellent overview of their products. Alan Escalannte visited our home and did a great job of explaining the system and how it works. The installation technician Kevin was very polite and knowledgeable. Both of these gentlemen were professional and represent their company very well. We appreciate the piece of mind we have with our system installed. Thanks so much!

Friday I met Alan in front of my house while I was busy doing remodeling working on it. I’ve had a couple of break-​ins in the past and I has some unique problems to get my house safe. I reluctantly listen to Alan as he was at first just another salesman. My ears begin to buzz and Alan made complete sense to help solve my issues he went to the top floor of my apartment building which which I vacation in and gave me a great deal that had me very satisfied I’m a general contractor out in California and I know some people in the home security system. But I decided to go with Alan and his company I also got my other unit done with a similar alarm system both of the installs were completed by Friday night Alan had to have his techs work till 9 o’clock at night as I had to leave the next day i’ve got an appointment on Wednesday to do my home in California as well. I checked some ads in the paper iAmerica security is the best for me Americas security is excellent to work with thank you Alan

Mike Lewis provided my husband and I with amazing customer service and is such a personable guy; needless to say we signed up for the home security system. Knowing that we’d be taken care of with both the security system and with America’s Security fantastic customer service gives me a great feeling. I appreciate all the information presented to me in a clear and thorough manner so I fully understand what services we will be getting and what we will be paying. I love that the security system is minimally intrusive, which is a huge plus as a tenant renting a home. I highly recommend giving Mike from America’s Security a call — he will take great care of you.

Blake was our guy! He was very professional and efficient. I got a sense that it was very important that he make sure we and our home was protected. I got a key fob from Blake which I was able to use when we travel. The installation took only an hour and the tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Americas security and ask for Blake!

Tom Rider did an outstanding job in both consulting and setting up our security system. Tom Rider and the rest of the staff follow through and had us setup within a couple of days. I very rarely post on Unilocal but great service should be recognized. Everyone was very friendly, which is extremely hard to find these days. The technician was on time and very professional. I am extremely happy with my ADT security system.

We got set up by William White he was super nice and made sure he secured the entire home. He walked around with us and mapped out the system. We’ve been broken into before so it adds a lot of comfort. I love it we can access it from our phones and feel safe.

America’s Security is composed of kind, generous, and compassionate people. When I was in desperate need of help, God sent me a few of the good men who work for this company. I cannot speak for their official service, for I did not receive it (yet). However, I can speak for the compassion and integrity of the people who work for America’s Security who came to my rescue out of the goodness of their hearts. Needless to say, if I am ever in need of a professional security system I wouldn’t go to anyone else, nor would I recommend anyone else. Give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

So happy one of their reps knocked my door. He was very helpful and was dressed great like a pro (unlike most salesmen I see walking around the city). I have always wanted a little extra security at my house for my family and I. I got a great wireless system that i can control on my phone at an amazing price. It was not a long install and is a super user friendly system that anyone could use. Will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family!

EASY. This company definitely deserves five stars. For me, whether its grocery shopping, buying a car, or any other service, I appreciate a business who realizes that customers want whatever it is that they’re paying for to be quality, quick, and easy to understand (no fine print and hidden fees BS). I ended up buying the «PULSE» package which allows me to control my system with my iPhone, which is rad.
Service was awesome. The tech and rep I worked with were mature, professional and very quick with answers to my questions. Being on time is huge to me, and they were the definition of punctuality. Installation took an hour, and it’s all wireless. It covers the doors, windows, for fire and paramedic emergencies. Tech left his info for us to call him whenever we need anything– which is cool because I like to know that if I ever have an issue, I won’t have to call and talk to a machine or wait on hold for 20 minutes just to be connected to some call center across the country.
Lastly… Buying a home security system is too often one of those things you only consider buying AFTER you’ve been broken into/​robbed. Do yourself a favor and do some disaster prevention by getting a system. ANY system. I recommend this one :)

I am very happy with my ADT security system. I would not have chosen another security company other than ADT. The staff has been amazing, and very friendly, which is hard to find these days. The technician was on time and very professional. He explained everything before he left, and I have not had one issue with my system. I feel my children are much safer as well.

Love my system! They make it so simple to access anywhere anytime with just my phone, I feel safe being home alone and also away from it. I never have to worry about my belongings not being protected. I’m always covered. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely care about me and my family, I would recommend a system to anyone and everyone!
