I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service and the poor customer service from Steve at his establishment in Mesa. I paid $ 1,000 to get my Lexus IS 250 two front seats reupholstered and I wish I never even touched them. They looked better before than they do now. After a month I had to go back and have him fix the seats because they weren’t done properly at all. They weren’t even reupholstered, he used a cheap dye that just rubbed off. And now the same thing is happening again! I would never recommend anyone to go here. I wish I could go back in time and never did this. Big mistake. Huge mistake on my part.

Good work but poor communication and over priced. I had a side piece of my driver seat fixed, the guy called and told me how much, and I specifically asked «and that’s, no tax or anything? «he said yea. When it was time to pay he charged me more. Not happy about that and definitely would have even spent what they charged to fix what they did.

I used Auto Spa to replace the two front seats of my 2004 Nissan Titan. I have two tone interior (tan and gray) and was concern it would not look like the rest of my interior. Great news, it looks awesome! I appreciated the attention to detail and color matching Steve did on my interior. Steve was dedicated to my happiness and was willing to work with my pickiness. I am very pleased with the workmanship of the leather stitching and contouring shape of the seats. I would recommend Auto Spa and would use them in the future.

Wasnt impressed with the customer service… Overheard Steve talking poorly about someone to another customer, then felt like as a customer myself I was bothering him by being there so he couldnt chit chat even longer. Not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

Steve and his team recently completed a complete interior replacement for my aircraft with excellent results. While aircraft interiors are not Steve’s typical focus he was more than willing to work with me to understand the unique requirement for aircraft upholstery and to modernize the design of the interior. He spent time searching for vendors that provide FAA approved materials and worked with me to validate that typical automotive leather and carpet will also meet the FAA requirements.
Once the materials were selected and verified compliant to FAA requirements his team refurbished the seats, side panels, and carpeting to achieve my vision. There was considerable constructive interaction between myself and his team during the process. The work was completed within the estimated time frame, for the expected cost, and with excellent quality.

DO NOT do business here! I have a SUV that needed some work done on the headlliner in the back and some carpet work. I do not have a lot of free time, but drove all the way across town to get an estimate. The person who looked at my SUV even took pictures to give to the manager. The manager later called me after viewing the pictures and talking to his employee. We negotiated a price and time for the work to be done. I rescheduled my meetings and coordinated to have someone come take me to work after I dropped off the SUV.
When I got there the manger came out and looked at my truck. He said he wasn’t comfortable with the price he quoted me over the phone. He wanted to do the work and then would give me the price he’d want me to pay when he was done! I explained how much time I’ve already wasted driving down for a quote and then driving back for this appointment. I even offered for him to look into his concerns on price and if he didn’t want to do the work I would go somewhere else. He wanted me to pay for him to look at my truck, even if he didn’t do the work!
I’m very disappointed and I gave him several opportunties to make the situation right. Beware of the bait and switch if taking your verhicle here for work.
I rarely write reviews, but wanted to ensure anyone doing business here was aware of these tactics before investing too much time or money.

I used Auto Spa to take care of a small hole in a leather door panel. They did great work and everyone was happy. I definitely will use again.
