Beyond the Cut

While the guy who cut my hair at this salon did a technically good job, it took forever and I didn’t get the kind of cut I wanted. And while I was there, a disgruntled customer walked out. Michelle had a fit and bad mouthed that client, while telling everyone in the shop that customers never know what they want, even if they say they do. Pretty insulting.
I’d advise people to skip this shop until Michelle goes out of business. She’s pretty much bad news in a customer-​oriented business. I hope all the worthy beauticians and barbers in this shop find another place to work. I won’t be back!

I would say this place is a rip off. Michelle the owner displays and talks about how she is a minister and displays Christianity quotes all around. She did a terrible job for us, put a cheap dye over my girls hair without noticing the hair was permed. It damaged all of her hair due to chemical reaction, and called us liars!
We reported back to Michelle with a different salons documentation of the damages and asked for a refund. She did not act godly at all, never refunded our money, disclosed she has been reported to the licensing agency before and BBB, but God takes care of her and there is always more business, no refunds.
In addition, after some research Michelle has a second business out of the back door of her salon. She’s a wanna be minister and uses this to bait clients, does not do quality work, and turns on you. Save your money, find a different salon! She doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave her, and we too will be reporting her to the state licensing board. Unbelievable!!!
