Bite Me Brownies

I am not done trying all these sinful delights, mostly because I am stuck on the «There Can Vino Other» … red wine in a chocolate brownie! Come on, that’s just not fair!
I discovered these at work as a treat to celebrate the success of our team. There is absolutely no better way to say thank you and make a whole team of people happy as to ordering these outrageously delicious brownies. Instant pleasure guaranteed.

Until yesterday i had only sampled the sweet, chewy, moist, rich flavors of Bite Me Brownies while strolling the Wednesday and Saturday Phoenix Public Market.
Yesterday at the Wednesday evening market, something took hold of me. After sampling 2 flavors I had not tried, I picked up 2 full brownies. They were the Plain and the Gluten Free. They have catchy names but I can’t recall exactly, so I don’t want to butcher.
ANYWAY! Now these little guys are way rich and a little goes a long way. If you are on a diet or feeling demure you can cut the brownie into sections and enjoy a little treat at a time.
Me…I am not so refined or restrained. While at a Suns game I whipped out my recent purchase from my purse, unwrapped one of these bad boys (the Plain one) and enjoyed it during halftime. While coming off a bit mushy or under baked it was still a chocolate explosion of yumminess. So sweet I got the sugar «chills» while eating.
So after dreaming all night of the second brownie still waiting in my purse, I decided to restrain myself until at least lunch time. As soon at 1 o’clock rolled around I was reaching for my purse for the Gluten Free treat at the bottom.
OH MY! This was even better in Texture and Flavor than the brands regular variety.
Yet another sinfully sweet treat I will have to try to run past as I explore the Market.

I tried these wonderful brownies yesterday at the Phoenix Public Market. Yummers! They are not your typical square brownies. They come to you packaged in round form and baked in cups similar to cupcakes. Great idea!
The woman selling them offered up samples. I tried the Salted Caramel one, which was pretty good. I told her I wanted to buy a the Blondie, so she said, you need to try it first. She gave me another (!) sample, and I of course loved it. Her blondies have coconut, white chocolate, and macadamia nuts in them. That is pretty much my top 10 favorite combo of ingredients ever. We had a deal.
I managed to control myself all the way to the car. After that, all bets were off. It was perfectly wonderful.
The downside? Price. $ 3.50 or 3 for $ 10. Not so much. Ah well!

Bite Me Brownies!!! Seriously?! Your brownies could cause empires to fall, borders to crumble!!! Amazing! What the heck is in there? ground up angels? sprinkled with karma and world peace? omg omg omg. yum. You guys are high on my list for anytime I need to thank anyone for anything with a gift of sweet and tasty. –Tommy

I don’t know what to say that hasn’t been said already by Tommy. My husband brought me home a few Bite Me Brownies and, not being a huge chocolate fan, I wasn’t overly thrilled at first. That was, until I took a bite of the caramel brownie. It was the most perfect blend of flavors and I found myself chewing more slowly so I could savor it all! WONDERFUL! Then I checked out the cherry almond — incredible! The white chocolate/​macadamia was divine! We’ve already placed another order which we *say* we will share with incoming house guests but I can’t promise that will actually happen! Highly recommend!

These brownies blow my mind. Completely intoxicating, perfectly moist, rich and satisfying all at once. They tend to leave a heavenly lingering chocolate flavor in the mouth. It’s happiness on a plate (if you can wait long enough to transfer one there).
Want to make friends at work? Bring in a basket of these babies and everyone will forget you talk too loud and dress funny. Want to keep the friends you have even though you blew them off last week? Send these and they’ll forget any misgiving — guaranteed. Oh yeah and try baking one better. I love to bake and mine pale in comparison. I’ll leave it to the pros and buy mine from Bite Me!
