Established in 1998.

Deon is the Manager and Executive Loan Officer of the Mesa Branch of Desert Equity Lending, a mortgage broker with headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Deon has been in the mortgage industry since 1998 and has worked with some of the best mortgage minds in the business. In an industry prone to exaggeration, Deon prides himself on integrity, straight talk, and quick service.

Deon graduated from the University of Utah in 1972 and then co-​founded and operated a travel business that specialized in cruises, and operated tours to Europe and to key destinations across the United States. When that business was sold in 1998, he entered the mortgage industry and has since worked as Loan Officer, Broker, and Branch Manager. Deon has also been instrumental in negotiating mortgage settlements.
