Campbells Car Wash

Super clean car for me! Campbell’s is awesome!
They took care of some calcium stains on the windshield from a horrible drippy parking garage.
The staff are all super polite and the owner Eddie is so cheerful and greets everyone.

This was close by where I work so thats why I gave it a shot initially. I got to say it’s not much to look at, and a little bit of haggling is expected if you’re spending more than $ 100. They will take a little longer than hey estimate, depending on how poor your car’s condition is.
But what I can say is no one has ever, ever done a better job cleaning and detailing my car. All the buttons on my console, every detail was covered and better than new. The outside of the car was as smooth as butter and more lustrous than I ever remember it.
I wasn’t going to tip on account of how long it took them, but when I looked at the job they did, how thoroughly they waxed and sealed, I couldn’t help but be impressed.
I’m definitely coming back. I will be bringing a book though!

I thought I would get a hand job. Ha, but seriously I wanted a hand wash and when the guy called me saying that my car was ready. I thought, well this is my first time here, I should do a quick walk around. There were water spots every where! At first I was showing him and he was wiping them off, but then there was just too many and I thought if I have to tell you to wipe every F’in water spot, I expect to be paid for consulting. The inside was not vaccumed like they said it would be, and there was a 1“x2″ blob of pink wax or soap on the center of the hood. Like come on, where the hell is the quality control! And the OWNER Eddie was on site! Eddie get your shit together. I am not coming back, your prices might be ok, but your workers and service BLOWS ASS. I work hard for my money and expect the service that I am paying for to be performed! If you want people to return screw the punch card for a free car wash, how about just good old fashion great service! I would rather spend a little more and drive a little further to Jackson Car wash in Tempe. They have AMAZING SERVICE!

I used to take my van there to get cleaned now I take it else where. Eddie the boss is very unprofessional. When one of his workers mess up your cat he runs away leaving the workers to handle it instead of doing it himself. You can hear him cussing ramping and raving. He smells of weed at times and you can clearly see he’s high. Things come up missing and he won’t have any answers other then I’m sorry I’ll look and never does or just down right tells you you’re a liar. I would go here, too many accidents done to people’s cars. I was there one day and some guy brought in a brand new truck and one of the workers dented the front badly instead of telling him they let him leave with it. Ofcourse the boss took of right away so when the guy came back a worker that didn’t know what happened had to handle it. They throw their keys on your wind shield leaving little dinks in the window. This place is s place you don’t want to bring your vehicles to if you like them they way they are and what’s in it. Constantly sending cars out still dirty. Really bad place, they have people drive your cars to your house if you get a detail and ask for the car to be delivered by people that don’t have their licenses shoo when they get pulled over your car will get towed.

Very good wash for the price. Good teamwork among employees. Efficient and thorough.

I’ve come here a few times now and the service is really nice. Friendly staff and Eddie the owner/​manager is on top of things. Great car wash and the prices are excellent. I feel bad for Lisa J. in the last year — 2015, I’ve no issues whatsoever. It’s very hard to erase a first impression, but they have been great so far this year! If your close by give em’ a try.

Friendly staff and I often see the owner there. I find the quality of the exterior wash to be acceptable but I always find a lot of things missed on the interior. I don’t expect them to scrub like I’d get with a detail but I do expect minor spots to be wiped up evenly. I drive a lot for work and sometimes have minor, non-​sticky spills. With the wash I received today you can see the uneven wipe marks and it’s really obvious where they missed. Also, they tend to ignore wiping the back interior window. In the past, I’d actually taken my car back and had them wipe down the missed window because it was so obviously dirty. After that, on repeat visits one guy remembered I want that window wiped down and he’d always tell them to make sure to do it. I appreciate that. Today he was not there, I didn’t even think to request it be done and sure enough, kid prints were not wiped off that window. Instead of buying their most expensive wash, I should buy the cheaper one and wipe down the inside myself.

I brought my car to get washed and they found a ring I thought I lost. Very good job, really honest hard working people. Thank you!

My first visit to Campbell’s Car Wash was a good experience. Owner was present and friendly. Seems to know his customers — great personal touch. Detailers were hustling. Overall a great experience and glad I won’t have to drive clear to Phoenix for a great hand carwash. Priced right, too.

I love love love taking my car here. You can’t beat the price — less than twelve bucks for a hand wash and they vacuum the inside of your vehicle and even toss in an air freshener (I recommend the piña colada scent, lol). I’ve always found the staff extremely friendly and the waiting areas (both inside and outside) are very nice.
If you want a relatively quick hand wash for an unbeatable price head to Campbell’s!

I went to this horrible place with high hopes earlier today. I thought «Wow, what great prices!» You get what you pay for. The kid that helped me was super rude and they didn’t vacuum the backseat (it’s still covered in dog fur), which is part of the service I paid them for. On top of it THEY BROKE MY MIRROR OFF! Like, broken and dangling. No one said a word to me about it either. I had to find out when I noticed it was positioned strangely, then I touched it and it fell off. That’s when I saw the super glue and the scrapes on the underside of the mirror and the very top edge of the car door under it. By this time it was 9 pm and they’re closed, so a friend had to rig it so I could at least drive home.
What’s even worse is that I know they’ve done this to others. Someone I know has worked there and told me that he witnessed them break a mirror, apply glue and use a heat gun to seal it.
STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.

Worst service ever! I paid for a wash & wax & a deeper clean than usual, but 1 ½ hours? Seriously? They washed at least 10 other cars ahead of me instead of first come first serve. I swear they gave me a $ 12 wash for $ 50. I was shafter. Never again!
