love, love their coffee; so good! they are helpful when asked and almost always get a super friendly, chipper person taking orders and giving coffee. The coffee is never bitter, it’s very smooth and never poorly made. The downside is the line and wait time are absolutely ridiculous! I appreciate and like their business model and standards of being friendly, talkative and upbeat. However, when the line is consistently wrapped around the building, please reassess how much talking really needs to take place with each car. Because really, it’s annoying to be in line for 20+ minutes and see the people at the window are still having a relatively long convo instead of trying harder to get through the line. Nice people and business, but ultimately, I want my coffee in less time if possible; especially so I can come more often. :) will keep coming of course because the coffee… the coffee!

I love everything about Dutch bro but don’t understand why the long wait no matter what time which store. If this business is so popular maybe the management or owner needs to do more to get the line going. This store is always hustling and doesn’t even chit chat forever like some stores so they obviously need something! Another machine maybe. Better organization. Another store in mesa. Idk. My ex worked for Starbucks and this would not be exceptable. No one should wait this long for a delisios drink. Never a bad comment about the staff though. They do a great job! Love that punch card too! Be sure to try a white choc anhilator next time u go.

After trying Dutch Bros for the first time one Sat night 3⁄26(Alma School location) I thought i would give them a try on my way to work. WOW is what I will say. The girl taking orders in the drive through had a big smile and up beat attitude. The baristas inside all seemed like they were having a great time. They all made contact with us and made us feel welcome. In these days of corporate robots it’s great to see people actually enjoying their job what they are doing. And sharing that excitement with all the customers. And once again my chai tea latte was delicious. I may never go back to Starbucks!

I go to dutch bro’s every single day. And depending on which way I go to work depends on which location i go to. This morning I happened to be closer to Greenfield and Southern. I can not believe how grumpy they were there… I get it people have bad days, but the chic at the window snatched my money, didn’t say anything to me, didn’t offer me a stamp card. I will NOT be going back to this location! Thank you,

Where I’m from, we don’t have any Dutch Bros, but I heard so many things about it. I decided to give it a try. It definitely has a distinct vibe to it, quite different from anywhere else you would go. The drive-thru was packed with cars, so it obviously is very popular. The coffee was good, and if there were some in Tucson, I would definitely make a couple visits. However, I wasn’t a fan of the walk-up dynamic. You wait at the window while they make your drink. With one window and 5 people in front of you, it gets a little annoying. Additionally, there were some regulars in front of me, so there was some small talk, which just made the wait even longer. It’s obvious that the people who work there are SUPER friendly and very nice. Sometimes it feels a little awkward to the point, but perhaps that’s just me. Additionally, I never was a fan of the whole«iPhone as a Card Reader» sort of thing, which is popular in small businesses, especially in Tucson. You feel pressured to tip more and it’s a bit awkward on a small screen. Overall, good place. Just not the biggest fan of their dynamic. However, that’s pretty subjective and I recommend you try it out for yourself.

I love Dutch coffee !! But waiting in line for 25 minutes is not ok. And even though I wait forever and I’m a great tipper I still get one stamp? Why does the girl in front of me get 5 ?? At least make it worth my while … Starbucks is looking way better. And I want to say it’s not like I get a 10 minute convo. I get a hi and a bye. The reason the line is so long is because plenty of people get. Way better great. Why is there not the same for everyone?

I come here often, as many people they have going there the drive thru can take quite some time to get threw but it’s worth it. I’ve been there about 30 times and usual order two drinks from here, there was one that they forgot to put on the whip cream. I let them know and they fixed it along with giving me an extra stamp for my card which wasn’t needed by any means but they did. I do like this place.

The service is always outstanding, even when there’s 12 to 15 cars in line the lines move quickly. The coffee is excellent I love the caramelizer or the annihilator blended or iced– you can’t go wrong! They also have a good variety of non-coffee items for those who don’t love coffee and/or are addicted like me!

Love this Coffee when I have time to wait for it to be made. If the drive through line is long go to the walk up window. Either way they are just really nice people who love to chit-chat.

Every company should model their customer service after Dutch Bros. this location in particular is stellar! Very friendly no matter what time of day, and really believe in creating«regulars».

Impressive! First time at any Dutch Bros. and I am completely over joyed with the service and experience here. The person was super friendly, advised me on drinks and I could not have been more satisfied with her suggestions. Definitely going to be a frequent stop. Area around the store was very clean and easy access from the road.

Great coffee and service! If they have 5 people or more in the walk up line always go through the drive thru it’s quicker.

Yes, Dutch bros is awesome! Personally, I feel as though the mixes taste better than Starbucks and definitely worth the price! And then there’s Bethany. Not only does she exemplify the company spirit, but the drinks she made us were Ahhhh-some! You da Bethany. Thanks for being you!

Dont go to this location!!! I know dutch bros gets packed but that means everyong who is working should be working!!! It is so not necessary to have someone standing at the walk up window just to take your order and and talk to customers, especially when the line drive thru line is wrapped around the parking lot. Everyone should be making drinks for the customers sake! Again it is soooo not necessary to have a 5 min conversation with every single customer. We dont care, we would rather have a coffee than stand there for 5 mins when we’ve been waiting in a 40 min line. Not to mention the people making the drinks are moving at such a mediocre pace, the should be hustling. Beyond disappointing with how slow everyone is going here

Since I pass by this place on the way to work everyday, I decided to give it a shot instead of the starbucks nearby! I was very pleased with the service and quality of my medium Kicker! The drink was sooo tasty with the hint of Irish Cream! It didn’t hurt that the staff was super friendly and energetic at such an early hour in the morning! Also, Beware of the insane lines in the drivethru! Might be faster to just go up in person and wait in the smaller queue in person! Next time, I plan to try the very popular Carmelizer or Cocomo(coconut flavored!). I will definitely be back soon as the hype is definitely justified! Best coffee spot in the morning in the valley of the sun!

Been going since they opened… Definitely on my favorite list. I recommend the kicker, chai tea(dirty, couple shots of espresso) or just a regular coffee with cream. The staff is very friendly and after a couple times they will call you by name and remember you favorite drink. They are very personable and certainly care about the customer. Always a line tho drive thru or walk up, but they are quick and will chat with you to pass the time. Watch out the granola bar is more addicting than the coffee

Always great service. Great coffee. Only problem is its so busy but it goes fast. Coffee is SOOO much better than Starbucks any day. I will go without coffee if its only Starbucks coffee. Dutch bros is my daily pleasure and better price than the one so many tell themselves they like because of the name. I think for myself and Dutch bros wins! When I have my cousins come out to visit they love going to Dutch bros a couple times a day.
