If I could give them 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, my experience with David and Michael was absolutely top-​notch. I brought them an idea for a new product that I’d been thinking about for several months. They listened carefully and asked enough questions to fully understand the concept. They explained their process thoroughly and in detail. And provided me a precise (and very reasonable) cost estimate and timeline. I left our first meeting with extremely high hopes. Within a week, they delivered. And FAR exceeded my expectations! Their drawings depicted EXACTLY what I was thinking (even better, actually). It’s been just a few short weeks, and with the help of David and Michael, I’ve already began the patent and manufacturing processes (they referred both contacts). In short, they do what they say their going to do. On time, and on budget. They go out of their way to help and genuinely care about their clients and their success. They are in constant communication and their follow through is second to none. I highly recommend Genesis and will look for any opportunity to use them again. Also, I’ve read the other review. Let me just say that this couldn’t be further from the truth about these guys. I’ve crossed professional paths with thousands of people in my career. I’d have a hard time naming anyone with a higher level of honesty and integrity. Thanks for everything you two! Clark

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We were referred to Michael Szczepkowski (President of Genesis Concept and Design, LLC by Jeremy Deadman at 4front Manufacturing. We were looking for CAD models and renderings for an idea that we had. After a 30 minute meeting with Michael he seemed like he could get the job done. A week later her delivered CAD models of our initial concept and charged us a ridiculous amount of money for the CAD model, basic renderings and a «consulting fee» for what I guess was our 30 min meeting. Jeremy Deadman and Michael are apparently in some sort of shady partnership and took full advantage of us (and yes we do take blame for not doing enough research and finding a much more cost effective, timely and professional designer) which we ended up doing after being ripped off by Michael.
I wont go on and on but be warned these guys are shady and will squeeze you for every dime possible. They will not release the finished and hold you ransom for «additional hours» worked on your design. He charged us $ 1,600 for a basic CAD design and consulting fee!
RIP OFF!!!
