I believe his name was Maurice, AMAZING! Also the other gentleman that was there… superb. Thank you both for being so great and having fun with me. My haircut is super and the road you both Gabe phenomenal! I will come here again

I have gone to this particular salon for many years. Until today, I have always received a great cut at a reasonable price with a short waiting time. The online sign in is a positive bonus. Today I walked in and the entire staff were different people! I asked where everyone was and was told they were «at lunch». Sure… (there seemed to be a change in hands of the store). The girl that started my hair could not follow directions and when I said something she handed me off to someone else. He did better but still the worst cut I have ever received anywhere. I could have done better cutting it myself and that is not saying much. The girl stood there and watched the entire time complaining about my hair type. Now I wait for many weeks for my hair to grow back in and thank goodness for hats! I would never go back to this particular salon however, I will visit another Great Clips since I have always had great luck at all others. They only received one star because I could not go any lower.
