We make fresh frozen desserts from scratch using Liquid Nitrogen. Ice Cream, Ice Cream Shakes, Yogurt and Sorbet are available. We also have light, fat free, organic, and non-dairy selections (soy, almond milk, and coconut milk). You can also go sugar-free with a sugar substitute (Equal, Splenda, Sweet’n Low, and Truvia). Come and watch the «Cool» show and get the best ice cream you’ve ever tasted. Additionally, we offer a wonderful hot pudding when you’re not in the mood for something cold.
History
Established in 2014.
The iCream Café concept was developed in Chicago, Illinois by Jason McKinney and Cora Shaw. They brought their concept to life in 2007 and perfected the process over the next few years. It is now a Chicago destination for fresh customized treats made instantly with liquid nitrogen.

Jon started as an engineer at Intel Corporation. After 15 years at a large company, Jon spent time consulting and raising his family. After 11 years, it was time to find something new and compelling, which is iCream Café.
