History

Established in 2010.

Ricardo Diaz has a extensive history in auto repair working both at dealerships and independent auto repair shops. He had a dream of opening his own shop which he did in October of 2010.

Import Auto Experts’ mission is to offer dealership quality at non-​dealership prices with superior customer service. We are an auto repair shop that earns the trust of our customers by doing only the work that needs to be done and charging reasonable rates. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated and that is with honesty and respect

In 2011, we achieved a membership with the Better Business Bureau and currently have an A rating.

Business Owner

Rick Diaz has always had a passion for cars. As a teenager in high school, he got a part-​time job working on cars. Since then, he became an auto mechanic working at independent auto repair shops and for a Honda Dealership for many years.

In October of 2010, his dream of owning his own auto repair shop became a reality. His mission is to provide dealership quality at non-​dealership prices. As a family man, Rick knows how difficult it is to afford auto repair expenses and firmly believes in only providing repairs that are needed. He treats his customers like he wants to be treated and that is with superior service and honesty.

Besides running the shop, he takes an active interest in his kids’ activities. He makes time to attend all their games. He loves to golf and tries to get in a game every so often.
