iStorage did respond and have stepped up the security. Still not a fan of taking down the gate between storage lockers and the covered trailer storage but security is better.

My boyfriend & I have had a unit at Istorage for a few months. We are very pleased, with the hours we can access our unit, the location & ease of being able to get on site & the staff. Recently we needed a unit for only a month & the staff worked with me online to help get my unit. They do great to give good customer service & have everything you need in a storage place.
