Love going to JCPenney here they always have great sales and service especially on the womens section. The reason for my rating is because of Sephora. I do NOT like their service. Recently a girl name chloe not so nice gave other people the priority and completely ignored me. I was then getting help from another girl and Chloe wasn’t even helping her at the cash register. They were very busy and that girl was just taking her sweet time.

This outstanding review is for the JC Penny Salon at Superstition Springs. For Christmas I received a spa day gift certificate. I had such a good time, I went back to the hair salon for a new do. The Facial by Brenda Hernandez and Massage by Lana Gannon was to die for. When I left my face was radiant. The massage was rejuvenating, relaxing and informative. A few days later, I went to the hair portion of the salon. Vida Anthony rocked my crazy hair. I love my hair! Finally, Beth M at the customer service counter (where it all begins) was so accommodating she set the tone for my great experience. This outstanding review is well deserved.

The sephora from hell. Avoid the raging purple haired witch. She snarls at me for asking for a sample and this is the manager. My second experience with her was insane. I had bought a kit the day she snarled but the kat von d mini was oped and crushed and everywhere. I tested the items since they weren’t going to be able to sell this one and I still wanted it. So I ask my loving husband to exchange it while I shop, I had another return to. My husband waited patiently for a rather long time then came to me and said an item was missing. I told him we could exchange that one later and to return the other. I go up there and the lady is whispering to the purple haired witch like we had done something horrible. We wait for a rather long time only to be met with the hostility of purple haired witch and jcpenny’s manager. They come at me with full blown agrression, and mind you I am vib rogue meaning I spend thousands a year here. They refuse to do the exchange but my loving husband asked why can’t you take the missing item from the new bag. They snap and him and say we can’t do that with so much disrespect and attitude. My husband calmly says, «Why the f*** not?». They then go insane, start screaming at us to leave, they are calling security to remove us from the building. I’m like «I have things to purchase». They said you can make that purchase but then you have to leave and he can’t come back with you. I begrudgingly buy these brushes I wanted badly from these horrible monsters meanwhile they have to people come up and start threatening to remove us from the building as I’m mid purchace. These stupid guards are talking shit threatening us like their going to drag us out because my husband used one explative not dirrected at a person. I pay and they appologize to the customers for our actions. Meanwhile these rediculious people are talking crap to us while trying to intimidate as we leave. Clearly they don’t know it’s illegal for them to lay a hand on me. Absolutely unacceptable.

On September13th, 2015, I arrive at the JCPenny home store at 5:15 and its closed. The hours are posted on the store door that they are open until 6pm. Even online the hours are posted as open until 6pm. What a waste of my time. You better call this store if you ever plan on shopping there to make sure they are actually open!

Omg what crappy service waited in line for over 20 minutes to have the clerk walk away with no explanation. Never ever ever will shop here again.

Went to JcPennys yesterday to shop for my husband, son, and myself. In the boys department I was greeted by Hunter. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant, hence the reason for 2 stars. Went to the juniors department and picked up a few things for myself and then proceeded to stand in line near the register. Apparently I wasn’t in the correct line and was told so by the cashier Sam who was extremely rude to me. I asked where the line was and she rolled her eyes at me and said” uh… over there”. Not a good start, but ok, so I then proceeded to check out and she just seemed to have a really bad attitude. Didn’t greet me and ony spoke to me by saying «phone #». At this point I’m a little irritated and ask her if she’s always this pleasant? She raises her voice and responds that yes she is. I asked her the name of her manager and she fumbled a bit with her words and said Bill was her mangager. I started walking away at this point and she yells for me to have a nice day! My son then asks me why that lady was so mean to us? Thinking about calling «Bill» about this incident. Have never been treated like this before. Love shopping at JcPennys but won’t tolerate being treated like garbage.

I went to JC Penny to use a nifty coupon I received in the mail. I went to this location as the coupon I received a couple of weeks ago I used at the store on Germann.
I had such excellent customer service and only spent about $ 5 for 4 t-​shirts. The gentleman who helped me (Assoc. 0514) was super friendly and even helped point me in the right direction to ensure I didn’t go out of the wrong exit. Excellent customer service. I’ll certainly become a regular customer now. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Brandi in the photo department really did an amazing job! I have a 6month old and she was able to capture some amazing photos and be very patient with him. Brandi made the experience easy and now we have our first family photo. I suggest people to go and use the photo department. The prices are great too.

Had the worst experience here in jcp home store went to buy some appliances an they had a ticket with no price just a 25 $ off 75 $. So I looked under the special sticker and saw 29.99. Went to check out with that and another item. Price was high asked about it and showed the lady the price I saw. Boy did she get mad and started yelling no no no that’s not the price you can’t do that!!! So I said forget it. Walked out angry with the way she handled it. Was gonna spend at least 109 on a new fryer and blender. Not now I’ll go get it elsewhere

This is a great location for starters. I do not think I had ever been in here until a few months ago.
It is nicely laid out. With just about any thing you are looking for.
The bottom level has a great hair salon, that offers all sorts of Beauty services.
Which according to my girlfriend does not happen at a lot of the other locations.
They are back to their old ways and we like that. She loves the coupons and it always gives her an excuse to go in and shop some more.
They have always carried some pretty good stuff. But, it does seem now more than ever, they really have nice brands and values.
Really nice service here and they keep the restrooms clean as well.
Which of course is always a plus.

Oh JC Penney, how youve evolved.
Love the new look theyve given to this location. Items are easy to find. You wont see many sale signs as theyve switched to «everyday values» pricing. Things here are very decently priced. I personally love the Worthington brand, theyre great work clothes (stylish, yet durable). You can have things shipped to the store from their website, the pickup process is also fairly easy.
The staff here is very helpful, and you can almost always find someone to help you in any section.
This location doesnt have the bedding and housewares sections, theyre located by Sears in the JCP homestore.

Surprisingly helpful staff on Black Friday… Didn’t think it was possible! They helped me order the products that were already out of stock by the time I got there, and they took off the mail-​in rebate on site!
Went to pick up the products today, and the customer service was wonderful again. Gotta love good retail staff!!!

All i can say is when you 17 yo son decides 3 days before Prom that he would like to go… skip Men’s Wearhouse and head straight to the Men’s Wear section of JC Penney. Great deals and really great service.
