This was my first time stopping by this collision center. I was coming by for an estimate for my damage on my vehicle (vandalism), and they were able to repair the damage immediately and professionally. The car looks as if it had not been damage at all and I am very impressed with their quality of work!
I will definitely come back again for any future business that I may need from them and definitely will recommend any of you to consider them as your #1 body repair shop. Absolute best repair facility in the area!

This was my second experience using Kale’s and they continue to exceed my expectations. They listen to your needs and do everything they can to achieve the desired outcome for everyone involved.
In this case, I didn’t want to file an insurance claim because I felt that the repair cost would be near my deductible. Ben worked with me to provide a repair with used parts to minimize the expense and keep it as low as possible.
The car looks better than before, for a 10 year old car that a teenager drives and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Keep up the good work.

This was the most fantastic experience I’ve had dealing with an auto shop including those at the dealerships (where I got my car). I worked with Ben, the general manager who was so accommodating to my lack of education in body work.
The price I was given was ¼ of what other shops estimated. There is a great consciousness of service, which is THE way to a lucrative business.
Ben even pulled me aside to watch the work happen as I waited on my ride.
The nice lady at the front baked cookies and maintained the serviceman ship Ben did. I just am floored at how great my experience was.

I have used Kales three times and the service has been nothing short of awesome! They are very knowledgable and they seem to work magic every time. My truck was pretty badly damaged and it should have required a completely new side panel which is crazy expensive. They were able to fix the existing side panel and it looks brand spanking new. They are very very helpful and always accommodating. This repair only took them 2 and a half days which was surprising given the damage. I highly highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in the door someone offered to help me. The estimator offered to take my car in the back and attempt to buff out the scratch on my car before he estimated it. He said that this may solve the problem with no paint work needed. He said that if it did solve the problem he wouldn’t charge me. Even if it doesn’t solve the issue, I will use Kales just for that reason alone. I like a company with a heart, and a helping attitude.

Very good service, and great body work. They set me up with Enterprise right down the road to come pick me up and drop me off at their place. They worked fine with the insurance company, and got all the revisions to the claim to get the job done right (instead of the woefully inadequate quote the insurance company always gives you first).
My only small complaint is that it would be nice if they would call you from time to time (particularly with the claim supplements) to keep you posted on status and estimated completion time. They finished in about a week, though, so not to slow at all. I would come back.

The attention to detail this shop takes is amazing. They made me feel confident that my car was in good hands and they took care if all the paper work for my claim. Since this was my first accident in over 20 years I was a little nervous going to a shop for estimates and not knowing what to expect but everyone from the entire office held to the same high standard of customer service and I highly recommend this shop to everyone I know.

This review is a long time coming. Fortunately, it’s been a long time since I’ve been in an accident. But three times in the past eight years, I’ve been involved in collisions that caused some major body damage to my cars. I took them to Kales twice, and I’m happy that i did.
I originally went back in 2004 on the recommendation of my roommate at the time. I was rear-​ended and pushed into the car in front of me (causing a lot of damage to both ends). While the service on my old 2002 Civic was slow, the workmanship was great. The car ran like new when I finally got it back.
Last year, the door of my 2008 Mazda 3 was badly sideswiped. I got my car back in a little less than a week, and it was in pristine shape. The manager also took the time to cut off an old security tag on my key which I had been too lazy to take back to the dealer to have removed. (A nice little touch).
Kale’s works easily with State Farm Insurance. The people there are friendly and explain every detail about the work that went into the repair (half the terms flew way over my head). I hope to never have to take my car back to Kales. But if I do get into another crash, I’m going straight there!
