Kasee Hatch – Red Brick Realty

I’ve worked with Kasee a couple times and both experiences were excellent. The first time I worked with her was to rent a home. I was surprised by how thorough she was even though we were only renters. Currently we’re working with her to purchase a home. I love how prompt and goal focused she is with the process and how she keeps me up to date on everything. She knows the ins and outs and is extremely informative so I don’t feel lost during all of this. She also put up with me changing my mind multiple times and getting iffy on purchasing. She’s very patient and understanding. It’s also wonderful to be able to rely on someone who will make sure the house you’re getting is a sound one.
For example, there was a home I really loved but when we went to view the home the master bathroom had flooded! Long story short the other listing agent wouldn’t work with us on making sure repairs were being done properly and Kasee was worried they were being too shady. She could have just allowed me to buy the home and gotten her commission but instead told me it wasn’t a good idea, so I pulled out of that home. I felt like she was acting in my best interest and didn’t want me to get into a house that would have me broke later down the road. Bottom line, when you’re working with Kasee, she makes you her priority, she cares as much about your purchase as you do. She’s extremely personable and makes house hunting fun. I have recommended her to several friends and family members and will continue to do so, as well as work with her in all my future purchases.
