Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Great donuts but geez takes so long to get them through the drive thru… come on please get your employees moving.

You generally know what you’re getting from Krispy Kreme. If the neon is blazing, you can count on a hot, fresh glazed doughnut, and on your birthday, you can get ONE free doughnut.
I’m bothered that they don’t do a price break for a ½ dozen donuts.

Krispy Kreme is good, but it’s not worth paying an extra 50% premium for small orders.

In the words of Genuwine, «my whole life has changed. Since you came in, I knew back then. You were that special one. I’m so in love, so deep in loveeeee.» Seriously, seriously, for real, for real — I never want another donut ever again. And they serve MILK, like, just milk to go with their donuts. This blew my mind and also warmed my heart because I’m one of those people who NEEDS milk with my desserts. I tried the maple donut (yes), the raspberry filled donut (sweet baby jesus yes), and the oreo-​crème filled donut (no). That raspberry donut single-​handedly changed my life and I only had a bite of the maple one but that was enough for me to realize that I HATE cake-​like donuts, donuts are not supposed to taste like cake, they’re donuts. The maple-​donut was so airy and light and not doughy at all, Idk, it was perfect. My oreo donut was weird, I had to eat through ²⁄₃ of it to get to the crème which was good but not ²⁄₃ of donut chewing good. All in all, ⁹⁄₁₀ — would krispy kreme again (and again, and again).

Not sure who the manager was at this Krispy Kreme Donuts on the afternoon of Friday, April 1^st but he is very unfriendly. I will never be back here

Horrible horrible horrible service. Ordered an assorted dozen and got all crème filled. Ordered a medium coffee and got a small. When they fixed my coffee they forgot to give me a straw and my iced coffee had hardly any ice. The girls at the window were rude and acted like it was a problem that THEY messed up my order. I’m not going to pay for something I didn’t order.

So. Amazing. All of my dieting dreams are ruined & it was totally worth it.
I do wish they would honor
promotions. I’m sure they’d get a lot more business if they did.

Pretty good doughnuts. I like the classic glazed the best, and oddly enough they are cheaper. The cost for a dozen when I went was 8.99 for classic, 9.99 for mixed. They offered oversized plastic bags to carry out my donuts since I was picking up six dozen. Great experience, I will be back.

My son loves Krispy Kreme donuts. They always make a good item to bring to class or scouts.

If thy had a zero they would get it the lady that was trying to take my order was busy laughing and having a conversation in the background when I went to the drive thru window she had the nerve to argue with me and start going crazy she was psycho and she doesn’t even deserve to have her job she was a complete brat thinking she was like in the street fighting a enemy or something!!!

They usually don’t make my coffee right but the fact that they’re open 24 hours makes up for it. Love late night snacks!!! Yes!

Open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. The donuts aren’t the best but their better then anything else in this part of Mesa. The service is good and the donuts are always fresh regardless of time I show up. They always have sprinkle donuts! The seasonal donuts are pretty awesome as well.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are very good and fresh. This store is the «factory» where they are made there are a lot more in the Phoenix but all thr doughnuts are cooked at this store. They melt in your mouth I’m from Tucson where they closed down Krispy Kreme:(so I come here every time I can to get the best doughnuts ever!

What shitty service! The girl taking my order was rude, acted like taking my order was an inconvenience and was constantly interrupting me. She then rattled back my order correctly, but must have input it wrong because they got it wrong at the window and on the ticket! So I left with out part of my order bc I didn’t want to wait any longer nor did I want to wait for them to charge my card yet again. I’ll stick with BoSa donuts which are better and not such a price ripoff.
I should’ve read the reviews first bc now I see others are disappointed in this place too. And I just bit into one of the donuts. Stale. Great.

I enjoy the donut itself, but I think the company needs to be checked for cleanliness, and some employees need a fresher coarse on customer service and how to greet people.

Krispy Kreme donuts are my favorite by far. I feel like they are little pillows of heaven, the glazed are my favorite, followed by the glazed fruit filled. I’ve never had any issues with the service inside or through the drive thru.

This is a great Krispy Kreme store. Their product is very consistent from location to location, but this location is more appealing than others. Not as cool as the Orange, CA store, but at least no major road trip is required.

I haven’t written a review in a long time, but I’ve finally found my inspiration. I like Krispy Kreme donuts, even though they’re not as good as Bosa, Dunkins, and other establishments. However, when they get their monthly limited time treats I like to give them a try.
That’s where this location falls more than short. They seem to have an issue actually HAVING these flavors/​options anytime I drop in. Today, I stopped by in hopes of ordering the chocolate chip cookie dough donuts and like always, they didn’t have any. Again. OK, that’s annoying and standard for this location but I’ll try java chip then and grab some glazed donuts. You can’t go wrong there, right? WRONG. They didn’t have any of THOSE either! Really? Since when do you not have glazed donuts, one of the MAIN donuts always made on site? I left. With nothing.
That’s my last visit to this location after various disappointing visits unfortunately. I’d much rather give my business to an establishment that carries what they advertise. There weren’t even a lot of people around, so I’m not sure what was holding them back from the idea of replenishing their inventory… you’re there to work right?
All is not lost though. Bosa got more business today, and I found my inspiration to Unilocal after this last subpar experience at Superstition Springs Krispy Kreme. Sucks to suck!
P. S. One star is generous, but would have been fine if the option of making it negative was available.

Love Krispy Kreme unfortunately Xavier has to be the worst customer service guy. No smile no customer service and when we asked a question he was impolite. No just fricken RUDE. Come in if Xavier is not here. Or not at. All. !!!
Xavier get a personality or go work in a mine where you don’t have to engage people because you are not good at it at all.

Excellent service by Alice at the counter inside this location. She assisted my on my selection of 36 donuts for my son’s school classroom today.

I shared that it was my son’s birthday and Alice provided my son his favorite donut, courtesy of Krispy Kreme, I sure hope my son shares with his mama… lol
