M-​Troniks has been serving Arizona’s musicians since 1976. We are determined to bring quality repair and craftsmanship to the valley’s musicians in a timely manner.

Jeff went to college to study music on a tuition waiver for Jazz studies and ended up with an electrical engineering degree. In 2006 Jeff purchased M-​Troniks to help better serve the growing number of musicians that were coming to him to repair their equipment.

I’ve been using these guys for years. Always friendly and professional. Today I dropped off my ampeg b100r. The store opens at 11 now, not 10 as advertised. Apparently they are short staffed. I didn’t mind waiting because the guitar store in the front was open and they had some killer gear. The deposit on repair jumped from 40.00 to 60.00! Yikes! Again, not that big of a deal because they will apply the deposit to the cost of repairs and of all the gear I have had repaired here, I have never felt cheated or as if I over paid. Great shop! Very cool. I wish I lived closer so I could come in more often.

M-​Troniks amplifier repair shop has brought my vintage tube amps back to the great warm tone that made them famous.
They repaired my noisy ‘60s era Fender Showman, Bassman and Bandmaster amps and made them sound better than I thought possible. Surf’s Up!

I’ve been here twice now, to have to items fixed: a small mixing board, and a PZM microphone (Google it). While both times the items were repaired adequately, the customer service was well… mediocre. But hey… The end justifies the means, and the stuff worked after repair!

I brought one of my KRK VXT 4 speakers in for repair, the volume control on the back broke. All I can say is that the service was great, they were very professional and I am very happy with the work that was performed.
Jeff was very easy going and I knew that my equipment was going to be in great hands. It is by no means a place where they do hack repairs, they take pride in the work they do, which sadly is rare these days.
I could have sent the speaker to LA as it was under warranty. It was just easier to take care of it all local. Thanks M-​Troniks!

The folks at MTroniks recently modded my ’72 Deluxe Reverb to have more clean headroom, in addition to putting reverb and vibrato in both channels, AND taking the photo cell «pop» sound out of the Vibrato effect. Finally, I had asked Jeff to add a midboost to the «normal» channel, so I could use an A/​B Box to engage the channel for boosting solo levels. They did a fantastic job, and were able to give me exactly what I was looking for without breaking the bank. It really was the perfect situation of the customer knowing exactly what they were looking for, and those desires being delivered on point. Nobody in town does work like these guys!

Very good shop. Very professional. Very quick. They diagnosed a problem with aYamaha electronic drum kit, drum brain pcb and had it repaired within an hour. Repaired piece is functioning perfectly. TAKE YOUR STUFF TO BE REPAIRED THERE!

M-​Troniks repaired a 1970’s Fender Bassman 10 for me. They re-​coned the speaker, letting the stock speakers remain. They also replaced the tubes and adjusted them. New longer cord as well. They fixed this old thing up!

I would give 6 stars if it were possible. This is definitely the place to go if you need a professional repair or custom job. They can handle pretty much any music, PA, audio, or general electric repair — new or vintage. Jeff and his employees are experts at their craft, and I always know my treasured gear is in good hands.
