McGavin Ranch

We love living here, we have been here for just about one year. We find it is a very active community, We re getting involved as much a we can. We are trying to get all of the things done that need to be done to make our home beautiful. I would recommend this community to anyone over 55. We moved here from Peralta, Gold Canyon and this is so much better we can’t believe it. We are having so much fun and we are meeting the nicest people. We are RVeers and the RV storage is so convenient.

I moved here in March and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Everyone is so nice and I have so many friends (that feel like family). The activities committee is always throwing some kind of an event and there is always a great turnout making the events a success. Even in the summer when so many snow birds are not here, we still have huge participation. The pool is wonderful. For those that don’t like the sun, half of the pool is covered and for those that enjoy being in the sun, well, there’s an area for that too. Additionally, the pool is heated year round so you can instantly get in without being cold. The homes in our community are very unique and not like your typical «park» (which we’re not, we’re a community). Each home has a distinctive look, not your typical «cookie cutter» homes. I just can’t say enough, or express how happy I am about moving and living here at McGavin Ranch.

I LOVE living in this community! It’s 55+ resort living with a small town feel. Everyone is so friendly and we have SO much fun together. I know and have more friends as neighbors than ever before. I would recommend this as a wonderful community to live if what you want is to have something to do every day. Fun at your fingertips if you want, if not enjoy living in a nice manufactured home in a pretty, well cared for community.

I bought into this 55 and older community. The manager is unbearable, the residents here had even gone to the extent of having a meeting to establish rights. I was neutral at this point.
I picked the colors out for my house, it was approved. When certain neighbors disliked the color and complained, the manager stated she never approved the colors. I have to replant the house, or face eviction .
Never move here. The management is of no support and I am so upset over this situation.
