History

Established in 2014.

McPhie Law was founded to fight for the little guy. We are passionate about working for our clients to empower them and level the playing field against powerful entities. Whether up against the government in a criminal charge, or an insurance company after an accident, we have the experience to guide our clients and fight for a positive outcome. McPhie Law is built upon three principles: Personal attention to each client’s case, aggressive, smart representation, and excellent communication to keep our clients updated. As a former prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, and attorney at two of Arizona’s largest personal injury firms, Ryan McPhie is well-​trained and highly experienced. Business Owner

Ryan McPhie was trained in criminal cases and has experience with cases ranging from traffic citations to major felony offenses. He trained with the Scottsdale Prosecutor’s Office as a student prosecutor and later as a Deputy County Attorney. He has handled over a thousand cases, earning experience in various different levels. He was recently honored by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a «Top 40 under 40» recipient. He is the founder of McPhie Law and prides himself on service to his clients.

Kristin McPhie

Kristin McPhie is licensed in most of the local reservations and handles primarily dependency and juvenile matters on Indian Reservations. She is proud of her Navajo heritage and received the Indian Legal Certificate at Arizona State University. She works hard to serve indigenous people and their rights, acting as a consultant to local firms who practice Indian Law and those in need of an attorney experienced in tribal law.
