Had a very slow sink and it had to be fixed. Called Mr. Rooter, Jason and Michael came out, surveyed the situation and got to work. Had to be run three times, but they stayed until it was finished. Explained about the grease and how it may close up again. Offered other options for a cleanup. They said they’d be happy to schedule another procedure as they weren’t sure it would stay open. It did! They were extremely polite and cordial. Would highly recommend them to friends, family or anyone who needs a bad situation fixed promptly.

Called. Explained the problem and that I could do it myself but was having a medical
Emergency and needed to get my tenant a working toilet. I got a call later that said they wanted 2500.00 to jack up the floor and replace some pipe and a new toilet flange. I negotiated them down to 1800 and then they said «we need a credit card before the jackhammer touches the concrete» I said forget it I will do it myself tomorrow. Then he said you owe me 70.00 for pulling the toilet. BTW roto rooter gives free estimates ! dug in today. Took Me two hours. Repaired the pipe w a new flange and put in a new toilet. 125.00!!!

Excellent work! Cody saved the day from spending thousands of dollars after a chronic leak in both the bathroom and kitchen. Being handy we thought a toilet replacement would be a piece of cake. Unfortunately, a previous owner had work done and parts under the toilet were missing and jimmy-​rigged. Cody got the replacement parts secured, without digging up the plumbing, and helped put our toilet back in service. Not to mention he put a far superior garbage disposal in the kitchen (which also had prior owner missing parts), and our sink doesn’t smell anymore! Thank you so much Mr. Rooter for saving our flooring and sanity, your service was exceptional.

The worst experience ever! I had a leak in my bathroom that resulted in my having to have my entire home re-​piped. (long story about polybutylene pipes) well needless to say, I hired a Melvin! The plumber assigned to the job fell through my bedroom ceiling, leaving a huge mess of insulation and dust in my bedroom and throughout the entire house! Oh but it get’s worse. the restoration company that Mr. Rooter uses couldn’t get in to complete the repairs for 2 weeks! I was in a hotel for a month until the final repairs were completed. The icing on the cake was a new leak in the kitchen where the plumber just replaced the pipes. Seriously, is this guy new or what? I was so angry, I immediately called a supervisor who had a new plumber come out immediately to fix that new leak. Now after a month, I’m finally back home and receive my bill from the plumber. they actually double charged me! I call the supervisor to tell him that they did this and he doubted me so I sent him a photo of the bill to prove it! I hear nothing back from anyone and today I get my new bill in the mail. Yep, the charges are still there. I am so done with this plumbing company. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

We didn’t have Mr. Rooter come out, but we called close to midnight for a rapidly and constantly overflowing toilet that was flooding our home. A woman answered quickly and nicely told us she would send someone out to help us.
Sean/​Shawn (not sure of the spelling) called us and talked us through the issue. He gave us options of having him come out ASAP or scheduling someone to come out in the morning when it was more convenient for us. He was courteous and very helpful. We’ll definitely call Mr. Rooter for any future issues.

I am a Residential Realtor here in the Phoenix area, so I’ve worked with dozens of plumbers before. This time, I needed a sewer line scoped with a camera and I wanted to try someone new, so I called Mr. Rooter last Thursday, asked if they had an appointment this morning (a Sunday) available, and they did!
The plumber that arrived was named Donny. He was on time, very friendly, and knew what he was doing. After he had finished scoping the sewer line, he even offered to show me the video feed of exactly what he found and what it meant. I also thought that Mr. Rooter’s fee for the camera scoping and the bid to repair what Donny found were very fair. In fact, both the fee and the bid were significantly lower than the last fees/​bids I was quoted by another plumber for the same job at another home.
I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter, especially Donny, to anyone who appreciates professionalism and experience!
