Business Owner

I started in computer surrport over the phone, moved up to desktop support, network engineering, systems administration, and software testing. I’ve done telecom circuit testing, e-​mail systems management, client desktop management, remote server configuration, and printer sharing. I have experience with many companies and a wide variety of people. I have a good understanding of the need to make the computer a useful tool, not an expensive solitaire box. I can train on advanced MS Office applications, Internet browsers, and image manipulation tools.
