First time in today with my brother and all I can say is «Welcome»! I was overwhelmed with how good the place looked not just the layout but the overall cleanliness of the store. «Jeremy» was at the counter helping out some guest which I didn’t have a problem with as my brother and I were browsing the shop, when he was done with the customers my brother and I were greeted in a manner that made us feel welcome which we don’t really run into now a days. Anyways Jeremy had no problem helping us out with trying some of the house flavors along with some of the premium flavors as well. We ended up getting one 50ml and 30ml bottle of juice, At a price that couldn’t be matched by another Vape shop in town! I fell in love with the flavor that I got. «Forest Berry Fusion» is now my personal favorite and Nexgen is the number one contender. I would personally recommend this shop for their top quality service and products along with their unmatched prices, 5⁄5 all day long!

Just moved to Arizona from California a few weeks ago and wanted to check out the vape stores out here. This was the first one I have been to and will probably be the only one I will go to now. Great customer service and very good prices on all products. John was extremely helpful and a good guy to talk to about anything and everything. All around solid shop and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Jeremy today, immediately I noticed he was not trying to upsell or persuade me into purchasing more than I needed. I was very surprised to find out he was the owner since he didn’t seem to be concerned into pitching expensive products. He got us exactly what we needed at a great price.

You must shop at this vape store, kinda off in the cut in a large shopping center but not hard to find at all. The definition of customer service if you ask me. Everyone’s great and also good looking girls behind the counter always a pleaser. High quality products at a fair price. Remember that when you shop here they will remember you and also reward you for sending in new customers with a free juice if you choose. 100% satisfied. Shop at this vape store.

Awesome place! Jeremy took the time to help my wife and I sample their product until we were certain on what we wanted. Their juice is of high quality and best tasting I’ve ever tasted. Jeremy’s one of the most knowledgeable people in the business I’ve met. The shop it’s self is clean and welcoming. On top of that, you can’t beat their prices! I would recommend NexGen to anyone! This is the place only place to go for your vape and ecig needs!
They have a large selection of vapes, ecigs AND juices. Jeff (one of the owners) is very friendly, super helpful and also very knowledgeable about the products he carries. He was very patient with me because I was newb and asked a billion questions.
I also appreciate how clean and lighted they are compared to some of the other shops I’ve been to.
They even have a couch if you want to lounge out to try your new mod or juices.
I will only go here (except for far away emergencies). I definitely recommend them!

I went into NexGen today to get my first Vape. It was the best experience possible, I absolutely love my mod and I learned a lot about the technology today. Jeff helped me out and went above and beyond. He really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. If anyone is thinking about anything vape related I would definitely recommend this place over any and all others. Keep it up guys!
