History
Established in 2003.
Precision Muscle Recovery is a subsidiary of HealthGaps, LLC. Initially, HealthGaps was established as a provider of research, development, and publication of nutraceuticals. Later, HealthGaps extended its research efforts to focus on the Integration of Therapeutic Massage in Injury Rehabilitation.
Thus, Precision Muscle Recovery (PMR) was born, directed by Brendon M. Hall, MS, LMP, NASM-CES. Rapidly, PMR became a leader in physical rehab with non-invasive rehabilitation and pain management therapies, employing techniques that specifically focus on soft-tissue injuries.

Brendon H.
Manager
Brendon has received his Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Biological Sciences from Arizona State University, and his Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation Exercise Science & Health Promotion from University of Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Brendon has completed the Professional Massage Program from Arizona School of Massage Therapy, and has over 1,000 hours of massage therapy education. He is actively licensed in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP).
As a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Brendon is proficient in Human Movement Sciences.
Brendon has been working in the field of natural wellness as a consultant, practitioner, and lecturer for several years. Brendon’s passion for physical well-being drives him to help others advance in their overall physical health.
