History

Established in 2007.

Reinhard is a trained master Mercedes auto mechanic when he wasn’t working for the dealer or other independent auto repair shops he was building a customer base by providing his services at his residence and selling quality used and new European auto parts. He originally opened his own shop in the late 90’s in Mesa, AZ but due to life changes he moved in 2003 to the Houston, Texas area. With the help of the hurricanes in 2005 his family was guided back to Arizona. In 2009 they opened their own shop again to provide quality and affordable automotive services to the east valley area.

Reinhard was trained in auto mechanics and management in Germany through the Auto Mechanic Academy and Mercedes-​Benz organizations. His experience includes serving as a Master Mechanic for dealerships & independent repair shops in Germany, Houston, and Phoenix.

As manager of Reinhard’s German Autohaus, Pamela knows the importance of not only providing top quality repairs, but also excellent customer service. The entire staff strives to follow the Golden Rule– to treat others the way they wish to be treated. We promise to listen to your issue and address your individual concerns in a way that you will understand and feel comfortable with.
